Part 106

Three weeks have passed since louis became a permanent member of our company and things have been working out fine. He has been disciplined a few times which is expected of a new employee until they remember all of the rules. He didn’t violate any of the rules that called for severe discipline, a few face slappings, a few spankings and some scolding was all the discipline that he received so far. The staff was very satisfied with him and they helped him in any way that they could.

We now had the first new design of the panties and bra being produced and were already getting orders for them sight unseen. The staff was doing a good job in selling the product to the stores that now carried the bra and panty line that the new design would be even more accepted by the stores customers than the old design.

I managed to get the first panties and bra’s off the line and Susie and Jasmine would model them for all of us later this morning. I didn’t want any of the stores to see them until we all had a chance to look at them, and I wanted to hear any comments that the female staff members had. At this time we had them in only three colors, black, white and of course pink, and eventually we would add colors when we saw what the volume of sales were and what colors were frequently requested by the users.

I had louis bring coffee to the conference room and I told him to set the chairs in a long straight line. I had the staff sit in the proper pecking order, Stephanie, Marie, Helen, Peggy, Jane, Sherry, Debbie, Joan and finally David, Susie and Jasmine were modeling. I was going to have Susie and Jasmine walk in front of each staff member, including David, I told them to give each staff member enough time to get a good look at the design, feel the material and whatever else was important to a woman that would wear them. I told each staff member to write down all of their comments and we would go over them one at a time and discuss them.

It was ten o:clock and the staff was in the conference room waiting for Susie and Jasmine, louis had served us all coffee while we were waiting.

Finally Susie came in wearing a long coat and when she got in front of Stephanie she took the coat off and handed it to louis. The first one to get a good look at the new design was Stephanie, it was the first time she saw it, she nor Marie wanted to see the new design before any of the other staff members as she wanted to match her reaction to the new design with the staff’s reaction. Both Stephanie and Marie saw the drawings but that was all.

Stephanie said, WOW! This new design is great, it looks a lot different than the drawings. Stephanie felt the smoothness of the material and ran her fingers around and under the edges of the panties, then she did the same with the bra, Susie then went to Marie, she acted the same as Stephanie and did the same things as Stephanie did, felt the material, ran her fingers under the edge of the panties and felt all around the bra.

This went on with all of the staff members with the exception of David and I, we felt the material and just looked at the bra and panties. Being men we basically only cared about how it looked and how it would feel when we touched it. I glance over at louis and he was shaking his head in an up and down motion which I took as an approval of the bra and panties, after all, his wife had him dress in female attire on most weekends so he knew just what he was looking at.

When Susie left the room Jasmine entered, she also had a long coat on, she removed it when she got in front of Stephanie and louis took the coat from her. These panties and bra were the same as Susie had just modeled, but were in white instead of black. The staff’s reaction was the same as it was when Susie modeled them.

Susie came back again this time wearing pink panties and bra, nothing else different than the other panties and bra except the color.

Next came Jasmine in black panties, this time the panties were basically the same design but there was a rose pattern on both the front of the panties and the rear of them, we all liked the pattern, they came in three different colors also.

Susie came in and modeled white panties with the heart pattern on them, they were also beautiful. To save time we only showed the panties with the rose pattern on them in black and white. We all clapped when Susie and Jasmine had finished the lingerie modeling for us.

It was now time to go over the notes that the staff wrote. They were basically all in favor of the lingerie just as they were. They said that the things that they liked most about the lingerie was that the material was sheerer, smoother and appeared to be lighter in weight. They said you could mostly see through them but they left a lot up to the imagination too.

Out of the corner of my eye I saw louis raising his hand, I took it that he wanted permission to speak and asked him what he wanted. He said may I make a suggestion for the next time you change or add to the design.

I looked at Stephanie to see what her reaction was to louis’s request. She nodded ok to me.

I gave louis permission to make a suggestion, he said that he thinks it would add something to the panty if the waist band was a little higher and was all lace, possibly of a different color than the panties, he added that the lace waist band could have little hearts or roses all around it, the same pattern as the panties had. He then thanked me for allowing him to make a suggestion.

Joan said, I like the idea louis, thanks for the suggestion, I’m going to make a sketch of it as soon as I get back to my office. She then asked louis what size waist he had as she would make a handmade one and he could model it for us, we all laughed, including louis. He probably thought that Joan was fooling but I had a feeling that she wasn’t kidding, but she wouldn’t force him to model it in front of us. I’m sure that Marie would not allow her to force louis to model it.

When we got home that night and was sitting down having a drink after dinner Marie told me that she had gotten a resume from Camille and she had some of the skills that she and Stephanie felt could be used at our company. She said that she and Stephanie had a talk about possibly hiring Camille as she could do payroll and do some of the other tasks that Marie was now doing, she said that Camille would serve as an office manager of sorts. She asked me what I thought of it.

I told her that my only concern was the one we talked about in the past. Could she discipline louis and be fair and honest about it, could she keep it at work, could she watch another or all staff members discipline louis at the same time if he’s brought up on charges?

Marie said that she went over all of this and she also said that she told Camille that she would start the same way as louis did and go through the same training as we all did, and she would have to take the final test as she did before, that is if she was able to hang on that long. She said that she also reminded her that during her training louis would be higher in rank than she as he is a full time employee now and he would have almost the same rights as the rest of the staff over her. When and if she was hired full time she would then have the same rights as the rest of the staff has and louis would then be on a lower level than her. Marie told her that louis would also be obligated to discipline her if she broke a company rule in his presence, but David would be the one training her and he has all of the rights that a fully fledged staff member has. I told Marie that I think that she has enough to do and she will have more to do now that the staff has all of the extra work, I told Marie that for a while I think that the staff will need a lot of direction as they will get into more senseless squabbles as they will be stressed out for a while until they get used to the extra load that they will be carrying.

Marie said that she will call Camille in tomorrow and if she is really interested in the job she will go over the rules with her and then turn her over to David to go over the rules further with her, and then bring her around to introduce her to the staff and them show her the duties that louis now performs. Marie said that she will have louis do all of the paper work that the staff needs to be done and do other errands around the office, such as taking the vehicles to be washed. Marie said that she probably will only have her bringing the staff coffee and then come to her office to do some filing that was neglected for a long time. Marie said that she figured that she and Stephanie would be able to give her the final test in about a week if everything goes well. She said that she wants the staff to knock Camille down a peg or two to make her a little more humble than she is now.

We then called it a night and hugged, kissed and the usual slap on the butt and we went to bed.

Part 107

Marie and Stephanie had decided that they could use Camille full time and had her come in. Marie had David take Camille around to all of the staff and introduce her as a possible future employee. He told them that until she either becomes an employee or leaves she will be doing louis’s duties, as was required of all potential new employees, and she will be treated the same as they treat anybody during training.

He told the staff members that louis will only be available to make copies, handle mail and things of that nature while Camille is training. He told them that although it wasn’t in louis’s, or his job description they may use louis to run outside errands for them until further notice.

David went over all of the rules with Camille, it was impossible for anyone to remember all of the rules after hearing them only a couple of times. The rules are usually best remembered after they have been broken and discipline is meted out for breaking a rule. A long time ago Stephanie and Marie learned that this is the best and fastest way to teach the rules to a prospective employee.

The next day Marie and I arrived at 7am and we caught a glimpse of David talking to Camille in front of David’s office. Marie said, It’s nice to see that Camille is here early, it shows that she is really interested in working here. I hope she feels that way after she spends some time over the staff members laps or over the desk getting strapped. After all she is older than any of the staff and she most likely will be humiliated and embarrassed being told to raise her skirt, lower her panties, lay over their lap, then get spanked.

We should know in a day or two if she can take it. She did well when we had her take louis’s final test in his place. But in that case she was concerned that she ruined louis’s chances of getting hired and felt that she deserved to be punished. We have to drill into her head that we don’t punish people here, we discipline them to make them a better person and a more valuable employee. We are a family and when we break a rule it hurts us all, and we must take that into consideration and think before we act.

We then went on to our own offices. It wasn’t long before there was a knock on my door, I said come in and Camille came in carrying a cup of coffee in her hand, David was right behind her observing. She said good morning Mr. Michael and I said good morning to her and David. She handed me my coffee and then just stood there and said nothing.

I waited to see if she would say something and she just remained quiet. I asked her if there was a problem of some sort. She said no, it’s just that it’s her first real day on the job and she was nervous and that she was afraid that she may say or do the wrong thing and she would be asked to leave then and there.

I told her that she should relax and just be polite and obedient and she will be just fine. If she does break a rule unintentionally, the worst thing that will happen is whichever staff member is present when you break the rule will discipline you.

I’m sure that David told you that we only discipline a person out of love, not hate, and to make a better person of them and a more valuable employee. We are a family and we watch out for each other and no one is exempt from discipline if they break a rule. She said are you telling me that even a fully fledged staff member is subject to discipline? I said, yes, if they break a rule, The only difference is that they are brought before Marie and or Stephanie, usually it’s Marie, they go over the situation and Marie decides what the proper action is for the offense.

However, in your case while you’re in training, and in louis and David’s case until further notice are subject to discipline by any fully fledged staff member at any time. You and they will only be disciplined when you or them break a rule. Did David tell you that when you are disciplined you must tell anyone that you meet that day, who disciplined you, why they disciplined you and how they disciplined you, don’t leave anything out. If a staff member tells you that they want to inspect your buttocks after you have been disciplined, you must immediately bare your buttocks and present them to the person until they give you permission to cover up. It’s important to remember that once you have been disciplined the slate is wiped clean.

Until, and if, you become a fully fledged staff member you are subject to be disciplined by David, the rest of the staff, including louis if you break a rule in front of him. She said that she will try hard not to break any rules no matter who is present, but it will be a little harder not to break a rule in front of louis, as I’m so used to him being around and I must think long and hard when I’m in his presence. I then said, you’ll be ok, just remember what David and I told you. I then gave her permission to leave. I thought for sure she would just leave my office after thanking me, but as she got to the door she turned and asked me if I wanted the door closed or left open. I thought that is a good sign that she remembered to ask as I very seldom even think of it.

Part 108

A little later in the day Marie called me and said the Phyllis wanted to see her after work as she wanted her to meet her new trainee pedicurist, his name is ross. She said that Phyllis was away on a weekend trip and she met this guy at a friends house. She said that he was out of work and was looking for a job. Phyllis told Marie that her friend told her that she used to make him massage her feet after she was out dancing with the girls.
Phyllis said that the girls used to give him a few dollars for doing it. So Phyllis said that she would give him a try, she let him massage her feet and while it was relaxing it didn't measure up to the job that Michael did on her feet.

However, Phyllis decided that she would give him a try as she felt that with some training he could work out. She said that she would have Veronique keep a close eye on him and keep him on the straight and narrow.

Marie said that Phyllis wanted her and Stephanie to come to her Salon on Sunday. She said that she would have ross come in along with the staff and she would introduce him to the female staff, tell him what the job consisted of and the rules of the Salon, if he agreed to all of the conditions presented to him, she would then have him give them all foot massages, and if they approved of the job he did on their feet, she would hire him as a trainee.

Marie told Phyllis that Stephanie couldn't make it but she would come and she would bring me with her. She then said I think this is going to be fun.

About two o'clock I called Camille and asked her to bring me coffee. It wasn't long before she knocked on my door, she entered after I told her to come in. She said here is your coffee Mr. Michael, I just made a fresh pot.

After I took the coffee from her she said, I have something to tell you Mr. Michael, I asked her what it was and she said that Miss Susie had spanked her for not addressing her properly. She said that when she bought her coffee this morning she seemed so young sitting at her desk and it completely slipped her mind to call her Miss Susie instead of just Susie.

She said that Miss Susie told her to lift her skirt and lower her panties and when she hesitated to do so Miss Susie told her to get the leather paddle and bring it to her. Camille then said that when she brought Miss Susie the leather paddle she told her to put the armless chair in the middle of her office.

Camille said that when she did that Miss Susie told her again to raise her skirt and lower her panties, this time Camille said that she immediately did as she was told. She went on to say that Miss Susie then told her to lay across her lap,and when she laid across her lap Miss Susie said that she was just going to have her lean against her desk and give her a few hand spanks, but being that she hesitated to follow her command when she was told to raise her skirt and lower her panties she had to be taught to obey orders immediately.

Miss Susie then began to paddle me with the leather paddle and I began to cry, not because I was in pain, but because I felt so humiliated and embarrassed by being spanked by a lady that was young enough to be my daughter, and besides that I haven't been spanked since I was hazed in college by my sorority sisters.

After Miss Susie let me up and told me to cover myself up, she explained to me that she knew how embarrassed I must feel by having such a young lady spank her but it's necessary to do so in order to keep a smooth flowing operation. She said that she felt the same way when she received her first spanking from Helen when she was first hired. The age of the disciplinarian makes no difference as long as the discipline that is administered is done with love, not hate and it's to make a better person and a more valuable employee of them.

I thanked Miss Susie for spanking me and I told her that I was sorry that I didn't address her properly and it would never happen again. Camille went on to tell me that she was impressed by how mature Miss Susie was and she would no longer feel embarrassed by any of the staff that finds reason to discipline her even though they are all young enough to be her daughter.

I told her that she is a fast learner, but she most likely would be disciplined many more times in the future and she should take it as a learning experience and she would be fine and most likely a full time employee before she knew it.

She said oh I hope so, not the discipline many more times in the future part, but the most likely become a full time employee part, we both laughed. I then told her that she may be excused and I told her to close the door on her way out. I didn't want to make it any tougher on her by making her remember to ask if she should close the door or leave it open. She thanked me and left. I thought the poor woman had to tell all of the staff that were next in line that she had to bring coffee to that Susie spanked her on her first full day and who knows if anyone wanted to inspect her buttocks, usually most of the staff wanted to inspect the persons buttocks after Susie spanked them.

Part 109

The rest of the week went by quickly and by this time Camille had received discipline from all of the staff members. Even louis had to discipline her for addressing him improperly.
Camille was so used to calling him louis that she forgot to address him as Mr. louis, so according to the rules he was obligated to discipline her.

louis, for the first time in his life spanked Camille. According to the rules this infraction could have been dealt with by one or more slaps to the face, a spanking, or both. It is left up to the discretion of the staff member which discipline measure they wanted to use, usually the staff member would determine if the person that broke the rule did it with an attitude and administer the proper discipline necessary to make the person a better and more valuable employee.

However, louis was not allowed to slap Camille's face as the males were not allowed to slap any employees face, only the females were allowed to discipline in this manner. Stephanie and Marie felt that the males were to strong and might deliver lasting damage to the female employees, and the male employees as well.

When Camille told Marie that louis had spanked her for not addressing him properly and the reason she forgot to address him as Mr. louis was because she was so used to calling him louis at home and it was the first thing in the morning after they arrived at work that she addressed him as louis.

Marie told Camille that it might be wise to treat louis the same way at home as she must treat him at work, this way she would be so used to addressing him as Mr. louis she would be less likely to make the mistake of not addressing him properly. Marie also suggested that Camille treat him in the same manner as she had to do at work.
Marie made it perfectly clear to Camille that she wasn't telling her that she must do what she suggested, it was up to her and it would only be until her training period was over and things were back to normal at her house. Marie told Camille that she knows that she loves louis and when she disciplines him it is only to punish him. Marie told Camille that when she is finished with her training she will then find that when she disciplines louis, whether it be at home or at the office she will be doing it, not to punish, but to make a better person and a more valuable employee of him.

It was now 8am Sunday and we were due to be at Phyllis's Salon at nine o'clock to meet ross who was going to be interviewed and tested for a potential job servicing women's feet at her Salon.
we arrived precisely at nine and Phyllis let us in and said, on time as usual Marie, ross won't be here until ten, let's go in the back, have coffee and chat a while until he shows up.

While we were having coffee Phyllis asked Marie when she thought was the best time to incorporate her new way of introducing discipline to ross. Marie told her that she should find a reason to discipline him immediately and that she should make it severe, humiliating and embarrassing, that way he most likely will be in shock and obey instantly. Phyllis said what if he won't cooperate and says that he won't let her or anyone else discipline him? Marie said, then get rid of him and together we'll find someone that will.

Marie told Phyllis that she should tell ross that he will be subjected to discipline by any of the female staff for whatever reason they deem fit, and he must obey instantly any orders giving to him by any of the staff, and she should tell ross that although he must follow orders from the male staff they will not be allowed to discipline him. If the male staff members believe that he is not being cooperative they must tell you and you will make the final decision on whether the male staff member had a case against him or not. You will then discipline one or the other, or both if you think both are wrong, be fair, but strong and decisive.

Part 110

At ten o’clock there was a knock on the door, we all went out to the front of the Salon, Marie and I sat down and Phyllis went to the door, saw that it was ross and opened it.

She said, right on time, that’s a plus in your favor, he in turned said, hi baby doll and before he could get another word out of his mouth Phyllis gave him a vicious slap on the right side of his face. His knees buckled and he said what was that for? She slapped the other side of his face and said, you figure it out, and slapped him again.

He then said, please stop, I’m sorry I called you that name, it was disrespectful and I won’t do it again. Phyllis then said, later on I will make sure that you’re sorry and believe me when I get through with you, you will never call me by that name. From this instant forward you will address any person that enters this Salon, and any persons that I say, as Miss or Mr.. Do you understand that? He replied with a yes ma’am. Phyllis said that’s much better.

Phyllis then brought him over to where we were sitting and introduced him to us. He said to Marie, pleased to meet you Miss Marie and then to me, pleased to meet you too Mr. Michael.

Phyllis then showed ross around the Salon and showed him the pedicure stations and said that’s where he would be working and when there were no clients he would be required to sweep up the Salon and do other duties that the senior staff was too busy to do. He just shook his head in the affirmative, Phyllis told him that when he was asked a question by anyone, especially one of the staff he was to give a verbal answer, clear and distinctive, he should never just nod in the affirmative or negative. She said again, is that clear? He replied the same as before with a, yes ma’am.

Then all of the nine female staff, who all had a key to the Salon walked in and said hello to Phyllis and us. They looked at ross and Helen said, is this the new guy? Phyllis said, yes, he is the trainee and he’s going to service each and every one of you today, and I want an honest and full report from each of you on whether you think he’s talented enough to try out for the position.

Phyllis then went on to introduce the staff to ross, she started with Helen, ross said, pleased to meet you Miss Helen, then Rhiannon, ross said, pleased to meet you Miss Rhiannon, then Laura, Nina, Becky, Holly, Mandy, Lorna and last, Samantha. ross greeted them all in the same manner as he did with Helen and Riannon. He addressed them all as Miss and had a smile on his face as he addressed them, he appeared to be happy.

I thought it possibly could be that they were all young, had good shapes and were pretty.

Phyllis then told ross that there was at the present time only one male staff member who he would meet on Monday. Phyllis then told ross that Harriet, the lead pedicurist and Veronique the other pedicurist that arrived from France only a couple of years ago were not able to be there today, she told ross that he would meet them on Monday also. Then she said, ok ladies, who want to be the first one to test ross’s talents?

Helen said I will, then she sat in the chair that’s used for pedicures and said, let’s see what you have ross, and you had better be good.

Ross took off Helen’s shoes and began to massage her feet from front to back, then up to her calves, he repeated this procedure and it looked very relaxing but wasn’t the way I was taught to service female feet by the best in the business, David. ross after a couple of hours finished massaging all of the staff’s feet.

Phyllis then told ross to stay where he was as she wanted to talk to the staff in private, she told the rest of us to come into the lounge, we all got a cup of coffee and sat down. Phyllis then said let’s go around the table and I want each of you to give me your honest opinion on how ross did.

Helen said that she liked the massage, but she could have gotten the same massage anywhere in the City that cost less than we charge. Rhiannon agreed with Helen and added that it didn’t do much for her. They all expected more than they got. Holly and Mandy both said that he had to be taught to soothe their feet in a loving way, not just rub them. Laura said give me a cane and ten minutes with him and I’ll teach him how to massage ladies feet, not only with his hands. Becky piped in and said, Ha, give me the cane and he’ll be kissing my toes. Then Nina said, oh yeah, give me ten minutes with the strap and he will be sucking my toes.

Lorna said, give me ten minutes with him, the cane and tawse and he’ll have my whole foot in his mouth sucking it. They all laughed.

Phyllis then went around to each one of them and asked if they thought that he had enough potential to give him a chance at the job. She explained to the women that she told ross the rules that we all abide by at the Salon and he didn’t make a fuss when he heard them. She also told them of the face slapping that she gave him when he first walked in the door and why. She said that he took it better than she expected.

Phyllis asked all that wanted to give him a chance to raise their hand. All of the women raised their hands. Helen said that if he took the slaps well and was told that he would be subject to discipline at any time, any place, with whatever implement that we decided was proper to use for the offense saw no reason to not give him a chance at the job.

Marie then asked Phyllis if she could say a word or two and maybe offer some assistance. Phyllis said, of course you may, we all have the greatest respect for your opinion, and we would love to hear what you have to say.

Marie thanked her and said that as far as discipline goes you all know how, when and why, you also know that you are allowed to discipline where you choose to do it. So, that is not what I want to say. I will ask David if he is willing to come here on Monday and teach ross some of the proper methods of servicing women’s feet, but the women that he uses to demonstrate on must be part of the staff and must be of David’s choosing, and none of you are allowed to discipline him for any reason. If he won’t do it, I can have Michael show him what he knows.

Phyllis said that would be wonderful if David would do it as we have heard a lot about him from all of your employees that have their hair done at my Salon. They tease my employees how they have all they want at work and that there is no one as good as David when it comes to servicing feet, he doesn’t just massage them, he makes love to them, and there is not a one of us that doesn’t love him for that and the many other things that he does for us. Marie said that she would call him when we got home and ask him if he wouldn’t do it as a favor to her. All of the women clapped.

Phyllis went out to where ross was waiting and brought him into the lounge. When they got to the lounge she said, ross we have taken a vote and if you agree to receive discipline here and now we will give you a chance at the job, I’m not saying that you have the job, just a chance to get it.

You will have to prove to not only me, but the rest of the staff and the clientele that you service that you are worthy to work at this Salon. I and the staff will judge you mainly on your attitude, your ability to obey and how you receive discipline. The clients will judge you on your performance when you service their feet. The staff will also have something to say about performance as at times some of them will want you to service their feet after they have been standing for some time styling a clients hair.

Marie has graciously offered to have her employee David to come in on Monday and show you some of the proper methods of servicing women’s feet. I am not sure if he will agree to do that or not. We’ll find out if he’s willing later on.

Now for the discipline that I mentioned that will be given here and now by all but Michael, and if you agree will take place.

Phyllis told him that he will receive one cut of the cane by each and every one of us, that means that you will receive a total of eleven cuts of the cane. Then you will receive three lashes of the strap from each of us, that means that you will be strapped thirty three times, between the cane and the strap you will receive a total of forty four hits on your bare buttocks. Will you agree to accept this or do you want to leave now and not be considered for employment at this Salon?

ross asked if he may speak, and he was given permission by Phyllis, and Phyllis said that she was glad that his attitude has improved, but most likely will need more improvement in the future if he decides to the terms explained to him and any terms that may be added in the future.

ross said the only question he had was, does the caning and strapping have to be done on his naked buttocks? Phyllis told him that ALL discipline is applied to the naked buttocks and at times the back of the thighs also, that is left up to the disciplinarian.

He hesitated, then said, Miss Phyllis I accept all of your terms without reservation as I really want to be employed at your Salon, thank you for granting me the privilege to speak.

Phyllis then said we will adjourn to the break room where we will discipline you. When we got to the break room, Phyllis had Laura show ross where the implements were kept and had him retrieve them and bring them to the table. Phyllis told ross that from this day forward when he is to be disciplined, the person that will discipline him will tell him what implement or implements that she wants and he will bring them to her, when she is finished disciplining him, he is to thank her for disciplining him and return the implement to their original place.

Now ross, do you understand these rules? He replied with a, yes Miss Phyllis.

Phyllis then told him to take off his pants and underwear and to lay across the table with his buttocks in position to be caned and strapped. ross leaned over the table and his buttocks were in a desirable position to be caned.

The first one to use the cane was Helen, she measured the distance then she let loose with a cut that brought a yelp from ross’s lips, the next to use the cane was Rhiannon who also gave ross a very severe cut of the cane, then it was Laura’s turn with the cane, it wasn’t as hard as the other two were, but it was hard enough to make ross raise his head a bit. It went on that way, Nina, Becky, Holly, Mandy, Lorna, Samantha, then Phyllis asked Marie if she wanted to go next, Marie said it would be an honor and she took the cane from Samantha and swished it around in the air for effect, then measured her distance and picked her spot, she was a real professional when it came to disciplining someone, Marie then struck ross and he let out a loud scream and said, please let me rest a minute, but Phyllis took the cane from Marie and gave ross her cut of the cane, he screamed again.

I could see the welts from the cane and if I went up to him I easily could have counted them and he still had thirty three lashes of the strap coming. Phyllis wanted to continue immediately strapping ross but Marie quietly and privately told her that it was not wise to strap him until he had a chance to regain his composure, Phyllis agreed and told ross that she would hold off the strapping for a few minutes.

After about ten minutes Marie looked over at Phyllis and shook her head at her, it was meant to tell her that she should proceed with the strapping.

With that Phyllis said I think we should now commence with the strapping. Helen picked up the strap and gave him three hard lashes with it, the staff then strapped him in the same order as they caned him. They all strapped him severely and his buttocks were red and getting redder with every lash of the strap. He was in a lot of discomfort to say the least and there were a few tears starting to flow from his eyes, but he laid there and took it without trying to block any of the lashes.

It was now Phyllis’s and Marie’s turn to wield the strap, another six lashes, I wondered if he would stand up to these next six. This time Phyllis insisted that this time Marie finish ross off with the final three lashes of the strap, she knew that Marie would surely bring tears flowing from ross’s eyes.

Phyllis took the strap and before she lashed him she told ross that he must count each of the final six lashes. She then gave him a very hard lash with the strap and he howled, then said in a loud voice, ONE, Phyllis took aim and lashed him again, he yelled again, then said, TWO, Phyllis then waited a minute before applying the last of her three lashes, she then let go with the last and hardest lash, ross wasn’t expecting it and he really let out a yell, then said, THREE. He was huffing and puffing by now.

Marie who is really the expert, even though Phyllis was good she was no match for Marie. Marie picked up the strap and stretched it out in her hands and fondled it for a while before she picked the spot where she wanted her first lash to land.

When she found the spot that she wanted to hit she let go with the strap and ross screamed at the top of his lungs and it took a few seconds before he VERY loudly yelled ONE, Marie then sized him up for the second lash and she then I’m sure, lashed the spot that she aimed for, this time ross started to really sob and took a long time before counting two, Marie gave him another lash of the strap and said this one doesn’t count as you did not count the last lash, I will continue strapping you until you resume counting.

Marie then gave him another severe lash, this time between sobs he yelled, TWO, Marie said very good ross, only one more to go. Ross was crying and sobbing and I could see his nose running.

Marie again ran the strap through her fingers, took aim and let out the most severe lash of all that strapped him today. He couldn’t help but say, PLEASE, THREE, no more, PLEASE no more Miss Marie

Phyllis then told ross that he could get up off the table and told him not to touch him buttocks or he would go right back over the table and the discipline would begin again. She then told him to go stand in the corner until she told him that he could come out of the corner, she had him fold his arms behind his back.

It was easy to tell that Marie had schooled Phyllis on how we were disciplined at our company as much of the same methods were being used now.

Finally ross stopped crying and sobbing and Phyllis told him that he could come out of the corner, he turned around and walked back to us, when Phyllis noticed that he still had his arms folded behind his back.

Her and Marie laughed and Marie commented on how obedient he was by not unfolding his arms without being told. Phyllis then told ross that he may unfold him arms and put the implements back to their proper place, when ross did that she told him to let all of the staff inspect his buttocks.

Helen said, his buttocks are not that bad, they could have been worse, and if he steps out of line with me they will be and I won’t care if the Salon is full of clients or not.

Phyllis then told ross to put his clothes back on and had him go to each person present and thank them for caning and strapping him.

We all had a cup of coffee and Phyllis asked ross if he was sure that he wanted to try out for the job now that he had a very small taste of what is in store for him if he causes a problem, or gives anyone cause to discipline him. ross said that he was sure that he wanted a chance to work at Phyllis’s Salon. She then told him that he may leave and she advised him to go straight home and tend to his buttocks and be back here tomorrow at 7am. She said that she will be there and she hopes that David will agree to be there also.

Everyone left but Marie and I. Marie told Phyllis that she was very proud of the way that she has changed her methods of disciplining a person. Marie said if I’m any judge of character ross will eventually be a good employee, but I feel that he will need to be disciplined often and severely.

Phyllis said I have followed your method of discipline since you suggested that I try them, and I now find the Salon runs smoother with a lot less bickering and whining, I can never thank you enough.

Phyllis said, I was thinking of having Emily (aka Miss pain in the ass) as his first client on Tuesday. I will call her and tell her to come in at ten, and after she receives her spanking from a staff member I will introduce her to ross as the new massage therapist. Emily has been pretty good since she acted up the last time, having her getting a spanking as soon as she comes into the Salon is working out well. Every so often I go into the break room when I see her coming and stay there to see how she reacts when she comes into the room.

The first time she came in when I was there she said, would you please spank me Phyllis, this is what she is required to say when she comes into this room. I told her that I wouldn’t be the one to spank her, I told her that when I think that she is ready to behave herself and act like a grownup I would then be the one to give her the final spanking and if she misbehaves again this routine will start all over again.

I sat there drinking my coffee when Holly came in and said I have some time now. Emily then repeated what she said to me, would you please spank me Holly, Holly said go get the leather paddle and bring it to me.

Emily went and got the paddle and gave it to Holly, Holly then told Emily to raise her skirt, lower her panties and lay across her lap.

When Emily laid across Holly’s lap Holly started to paddle her, Holly knows how to give a good paddling, she wasn’t so severe, as Emily has been very good at taking her spankings, but Holly wasn’t giving her love pats, they were hard enough to bring tears to Emily’s eyes, Holly gave her about fifty swats with the leather paddle before she let up and told her to cover up, Emily said, thank you Holly for spanking me, I will try to be a nicer girl. Holly handed Emily the paddle and told her to return it to its proper place.

You don’t know how good I felt seeing and hearing all of that. Of course I will find some little thing that ross does wrong that will earn him a good spanking over one of the staff’s lap, or mine, it’s all according to the mood I’m in.

I wish that Harriet and Veronique could have made it today, but they had other commitments. Now that I think of it, maybe I’ll have Harriet find reason to spank him, that should really humiliate and embarrass him as he hasn’t met her yet. As far as Veronique goes, she needs no reason to wield any of the implements as she is a very strict individual and has bared Renee’s bottom many times and gave him a good strapping or caning just for looking at her cross-eyed. Veronique belongs to an S&M club where she is known to be the strictest Mistress in the club. I’m thinking of sending all of my stylist there as I have been thinking of one or two nights a week styling men’s hair as Veronique said that she could bring in a lot of the male club members, both Masters and slaves.

I would like your input on this Marie, Marie said that it might be a god idea to open another Salon and put one of her stylist in charge, or even possibly Veronique to run it. Let me think about it as I have some ideas running around in my head. You don’t want to jump at this until you check out the pro’s and con’s. Phyllis agreed and said when you come up with something let’s put our ideas together and see what we come up with.

Marie said now you’re thinking like us Phyllis, let me know how everything goes. We have to go now, I’ll call you later and let you know if David is willing to teach ross a few things. We left and as soon as we arrived home Marie called David and told him about ross and asked him if he would teach ross how to properly service women’s feet. He said as long as it was for only a day he would do it. She thanked him and informed Phyllis that David agreed to do it, and he would be at the Salon at 9am as he had to set things up at our company before he left. We then spent a nice quiet day at home chatting over a few drinks and watching television.
