Things are going very well with our lingerie line and we may have to ask our manufacturer to take on another shift to keep up with the demand. Things were also going very well at the office and louis is doing better at addressing Camille properly and we were happy to see that. 

louis did get a few spankings in the weeks following the strapping and caning he received from Camille but they were mainly for serving cold coffee to one or another staff member. or not getting copies of quotes to them on time, and little things like that, but he has not addressed any of the staff improperly since the strapping and caning that Camille gave him.

Stephanie was so happy that things were going so well that she was going to throw a little dinner at   Angie’s on Saturday night for all of the employees and that included louis. Whenever there was a gathering for the people at work it included everyone employed at out facility,  non fully fledged staff members as  well as  fully fledged members as they are a very important part of the company and help make it run smoothly. The only thing was that they still had to address everyone properly and had to mind their manners. But they were still subject to discipline if they misbehaved in any way.

Camille was doing an excellent job of helping to take some of the work load off Marie’s back. Camille was now doing the payroll, ordering supplies and a lot of the menial things that Marie was doing.

This gave Marie more time to oversee the rest of the employees and to make sure things ran smoothly around the office.  With the addition of the lingerie line it was only natural that the staff had a few more falling outs between themselves and Marie was always there to straighten out their differences. 

Every once in a whole Marie had to give one or more of the girls a spanking to bring them back to reality. When the girls acted up they were like little children, but when Marie entered into the fray their differences were resolved quickly.

One time in particular comes to mind, that was when Stephanie and I were in  my office looking over a sales chart to see where and if we felt that  any help was needed to bring the lingerie sales up to par. When we finished we both were headed back to her office to get Marie’s and Joan’s input.

Well when we opened Marie’s door we saw all of the female staff lined up and Helen was laying across Marie’s lap getting spanked with the leather paddle. We just stood there and watched and when Marie was finished spanking Helen, she said next,  and then Susie raised her skirt and lowered her panties and laid across Marie’s lap.

Stephanie asked Marie what was going on and Marie told Stephanie that all of the staff were acting like little children bickering and needed a little touching up as talking to them didn’t seem to help, and she was seeing to it that is was going to be done. Stephanie asked Marie if she could get Joan next as we wanted to go over the lingerie sales and when she finished with the rest of the staff she wanted Marie in there also. Marie then said, Joan get in line to be paddled next, then go into Stephanie’s office when I am done with you. Joan said yes Ma’am and stepped in front of Peggy.

When Stephanie and I got into her office, I closed the door and we both started laughing. Stephanie said, thanks to Camille  Marie now has more time to ride herd on these girls  and I think things will be a little quieter around here., at least for a little while. She then said I’ll bet you two to one that David will be in each of the girls offices consoling them and Susie will be the first to call him.  I said no bet and I wonder if Camille will have louis come to her office to cry on his shoulder.

It wasn’t  to  long after we went into Stephanie’s office when there was  a knock on the door and Stephanie said, come in, it was Joan with a tear in her eye.  Stephanie went over to her and put her arm around her and patted her behind, not to gently I must say and said does your poor bottom hurt?  Joan said yes, you know the kind of spankings Marie gives, but I must say that we all deserved it as we were acting like a bunch of spoiled little brats.  I thought what a long way Joan has come in such a short time.

Stephanie told Joan now that Camille has taking a lot of the workload off Marie’s hands she will have more time to pay attention to what is happening with the staff around here,  so if I were any of you guys I would watch my p’s and q’s from now on. 

When Marie finished disciplining all of the female staff she walked into Stephanie’s office and said, that was a real workout, I won’t have to jog later on and we all laughed, including Joan.  Stephanie then asked why she had to discipline Camille as she isn’t really that involved in sales other than to keep accurate records, and as far as I know she has been doing a good job at doing just that.  Marie said that Jasmine and Camille got into what I call a little mother and daughter fight.  Camille has been like a mother to Jasmine since she became a fully fledged staff member and I think even before that but she wasn’t able to show it when Camille was just training. Besides, Camille was the last in line to be paddled and I was tired by then and she didn’t get it as hard as the rest of the staff, but she will still not sit comfortably for the rest of the day.  Stephanie said, Marie you are awful, you enjoy your work too much. That brought more laughter from all of us again.

We went over the charts and decided that things were good but they could always be better and we decided to make an all out effort to pick up more stores. I assigned Joan to look over the potential areas where she thinks we have a good chance of getting into and which of the staff had the best chance of getting into those stores.

We had assigned areas for each staff member but we were all open to getting help from whomever we thought could be of the most help to the company. Every once in a while one of the staff would resent getting help, but we chalked it up, not to jealously but sales people being sales people and it was gotten over with quickly. We expect now that Marie has more time these things would not occur so often. 

Joan and I went to my office to work out some details on who we thought was best to send where and what angle to approach.  When we got to my office I called louis and when he answered the phone I heard a woman’s voice in the background, I told him to bring Joan and I coffee to my office. When louis brought the coffee to us I said, I thought I heard women’s voices in your office, is there anything wrong that I can help you with louis?  He said no thank you Mr. Michael, it was Camille and Jasmine and they just wanted to talk to me and kind of cry on my shoulder, not because of the spanking they received from Miss Marie, but because they argued between themselves. It is all straightened out now. I said I’m glad that it is as I know they really love each other, they are like mother and daughter, and like mother and daughter they will have their differences every now and then.  I then told louis that he may go and Joan and I went back to work. It ended up being a bigger job than we thought it would be trying to pair up the right staff member with the right store to approach and we took the rest of the day trying to come to a conclusion. 

We finally called it quits and I said we will tackle this tomorrow, and Joan went back to her office to get ready to go home. And I waited for Marie to come and get me.
