Part 61

i woke up at 10am this morning, i had the best sleep that i had in a long time. i turned on the television and started to make breakfast for myself. i watched the news while eating breakfast. After i finished eating breakfast i cleaned up the kitchen and then went into the bedroom and made the bed. i then went into the closet to get the vacuum cleaner and then remembered that this was going to be my next to last night in this apartment.


Monday Miss Marie and i would be moving into a different apartment in this building, i was told that it was a three bedroom apartment, with a kitchen, dining room, living room, two full baths, a study and plenty of closet space. In a way i was looking forward to moving into it, but in another way i felt that i was losing the little bit of privacy that i had.
i knew that i would be under Miss Marie's constant supervision, but Miss Stephanie felt that this was necessary as Miss Marie had to oversee whatever skill training they decided that i needed.

i put all of that out of my mind and showered, shaved and then dressed. After i was dressed, i thought it was such a nice day i would take a walk around the neighborhood and enjoy the fresh air.
However, after i started walking my mind went back to work, i was hoping that Monday my frat brothers would have some information for me. i started piecing together in my mind the first stores that we had the best chance of getting to add the lingerie line along with our perfume, that of course was if Miss Stephanie decided to buy Miss Joan's company.

i had walked around for longer than i thought, it was almost two o'clock when i got back to my apartment. i checked my message machine and found a message from Miss Marie telling me to call her.
Out of sheer habit i immediately called her and after she said hello i apologized for not being home when she called. She said, relax michael, you don't have to apologize to me or anyone else why you're not home when they call. She added that starting Monday she would know where i was at all times so there would be nobody to apologize too anyway.

She then said, michael we are going out on the town tonight, so be at my apartment at 6:30, this is a suit and tie night. i said, yes ma'am i'll be there at 6:30 SHARP and i laughed. She said, it's nice to hear you laugh, then she said, see you later, bye.

At 5:00 i showered and shaved again, i shined my shoes and laid out the suit and tie that i wanted to wear. It was now 6:00 so i got dressed and went to Miss Marie's apartment and stood outside the door until exactly 6:30, then i knocked, She told me to come in, the door was unlocked and she was in the living room.
After i closed the door she said, michael make three drinks and bring them into the living room.

i wondered why three drinks, who was the third drink for, or maybe there were three people in the living room and the drinks were for them. i made the drinks, put them on a serving tray and brought them into the living room.

When i got into the living i saw Miss Stephanie sitting there along with Miss Marie, she said, hello michael, i almost dropped the tray.
i stood there as i didn't know who i should serve first.
Miss Marie and Miss Stephanie sat there with smiles on their faces, then Miss Marie said, what's wrong michael don't know who to serve first? Then she added, i have an idea Miss Stephanie, we have plenty of time so let's play a game.
If michael serves the wrong person first, the other gets to give him a good spanking to start out the night right. Miss Stephanie said, that sounds like a winner, ok michael, make a choice.

i looked at Miss Marie, then Miss Stephanie and i decided that even though we were in Miss Marie's apartment Miss Stephanie should be served first as she is the boss. i went over to Miss Stephanie and held the tray out for her to take her drink, then i went to Miss Marie and did the same. Miss Marie said, no spanking for michael, as least not yet and they both laughed. Miss Marie said, you chose right, Miss Stephanie is first in the pecking order no matter where she is.
She then told me to sit down and enjoy my drink. After i sat down Miss Stephanie said, we want you to relax tonight and have some fun. After we leave this apartment you don't have to get permission to sit, eat, drink or talk. I'm afraid though that you still must address us properly, do you understand what I just said michael?
i said, yes ma'am i do and thank you.

We finished our drinks and Miss Marie said, michael make us another drink while I call for a cab, we don't want to drive if we have too much to drink. i made the drinks and brought them into the living room and served Miss Stephanie and waited for Miss Marie to come into the living room and served her. She then said, the cab won't be here for another half hour, you may sit michael and drink your drink.

When the cab came he blew his horn to let us know he was there. The cab driver opened the door and Miss Stephanie told him where to go, then she got in the cab, then Miss Marie got in and said, sit back here with us michael, so i got in with them.

The cab stopped at a French Restaurant, i got out last and i said, may i pay the cab fare, Miss Stephanie said, we have an account there michael, and we headed for the door to the restaurant.
i opened the door to let them in and the hostess immediately upon seeing them ran over and said, your table is ready Miss Stephanie and she led us to it. i waited until they were seated, then i sat down.
The hostess said, would you like your usual drink now? Miss Stephanie said, yes thank you, the hostess said, will that be three drinks, Miss Stephanie said, yes tonight is a special night for him.

After we drank our drinks the server came out with our meal. We didn't even order yet but they knew just what to bring and no one asked me what i wanted to eat. i wasn't really surprised as i was never asked what i wanted to eat or drink when we were in a restaurant eating a full meal. When we had take out or went to the Pizza restaurant i was occasional asked what i wanted on the pizza.

We had some kind of a meat dish with cream gravy, it was delicious, i thought Miss Stephanie and Miss Marie had great taste and when the time came that i would have to cook a meal for them i hoped that it would be as good as this meal was.

When we were finished eating and having another drink the female chef came to our table and with a French accent she asked how we enjoyed the meal.
Miss Stephanie answered her in French and they continued the conversation in French, then Miss Marie joined in, i didn't know that they spoke French, and every so often Miss Marie would reach over and pat my arm say something in French, then they would look at me and laugh.

The next thing i knew the hostess came over and said, your cab is here Miss Stephanie, she thanked the hostess. The hostess said, don't stay away too long, we miss you around here.

Once in the cab Miss Marie told the cab driver where to go this time. We ended up at a high class night club. The hostess came over and said, your table is ready Miss Marie. i thought, does everybody know these two? The table was in an ideal spot, it was rather secluded and the music was not over whelming and we were near the dance floor.
These women had good taste and were respected every where we went.
The server came over with drinks, again without us ordering and said hello to Miss Stephanie and Miss Marie, they said hello back and we sat, talked and sipped our drinks. It was nice not to have to stand and wait for permission to sit, eat, drink or in some cases talk. i was really enjoying myself.

After we finished our first drink, the second drink was there before i knew it. The band was playing a nice slow waltz and i was wondering if it was alright to ask Miss Stephanie to dance. i thought, what the hell, take a chance. i got up from the table and said to Miss Stephanie, would you like to dance. She said, I thought you would never ask, she got up and we went to the dance floor and started to dance.
i held her away from my body and she said, michael is this the way you usually dance, and she pulled me closer to her and laid her head on my shoulder, then in my ear she said, michael this is your night, enjoy it, I am, and we continued dancing. i felt as if i died and went to heaven. i took turns dancing with each of them. When i danced with Miss Marie i did not dance as close to her as i did with Miss Stephanie.

i think we danced every dance and we had a lot to drink, we were all feeling good but none of us were really drunk.
However, none of us were in any real shape to take a chance driving.
Finally about midnight Miss Marie had the hostess call us a cab, she said the club will be closing shortly. Miss Stephanie is staying with me tonight, we can have a night cap in my apartment when we get there.

The cab came right away and we when we got to our apartment house we went straight to Miss Marie's apartment, she gave me the key and i opened the door and we went in. Miss Marie said, make us drinks michael and ran off to the bathroom. When she came out Miss Stephanie said, my turn and she went into the bathroom.
After i had made the drinks Miss Marie said, let's sit at the kitchen table to have our drinks and we can talk there, it's more cozy.
Miss Stephanie came out of the bath room and sat down then she said you may sit down and drink with us michael. She went on to say that i had a good memory. i said, how is that? She said, I told you that after we left this apartment earlier that you didn't have to wait for permission to sit, eat, drink or talk. and now that we're back in the apartment the full number of rules are back in effect.

She went on further to say, in a way michael I'm a little disappointed that you remembered the rules as it's been a long time since I paddled your caboose. Then she and Miss Marie laughed and she said, I'm only kidding michael. I loved the way you acted and I loved the way you danced with the both of us tonight. You are a real gentleman michael.
i said, i don't know how to thank you for those kind words Miss Stephanie, if it weren't for you, Miss Marie and the rest of the staff i fear that i would still be my old egotistical self.

After we finished our drinks Miss Stephanie said, I'm tired, Miss Marie said, me too, let's call it a night. Then she said to me, michael I think we should have breakfast around 10:00, what do you think Miss Stephanie? She said, 10:00 will be fine.
Miss Stephanie walked to the door with me and then she gave me big hug, then she gave me a long loving kiss on the lips and said, goodnight, I'll see you at 10:00.

On the way back to my apartment i just kept saying, i love her so much. i wonder if she feels the same as i do? The kiss she gave me was a kiss that lovers give to one another. i made up my mind that after this lingerie thing was over i was going to tell her that i loved her.
i went into my apartment, put on my pajamas and went to bed hoping the night would pass quickly so i could see her again at breakfast.






Part 62

i woke up Sunday at 8am and went right into the bathroom to get ready to meet Miss Stephanie and Miss Marie at 10am.
i didn't know what to wear so i figured that i would play it safe and dress casual.
After all i doubted if they would expect me to make breakfast wearing a suit and tie.
i made a pot of coffee and had two cups before it was time to go to Miss Marie's apartment.

Finally it was time to go. When i got to her door i had to knock three times before Miss Marie opened the door. She said good morning, how are you feeling this morning? i told that i felt fine and asked how she was? She said, I'm wide awake, I had a good nights sleep.

Miss Stephanie then entered the kitchen, she had a package that was gift wrapped in her hand and she handed it to me, then said good morning, i said good morning back.
i stood there holding the box as i didn't know what to do with it. Then Miss Stephanie said, michael, open your gift from us, we're going out to breakfast.
i opened the package and in it was a pair of shorts and a polo shirt, i said, thank you both, it's really a nice outfit.
Miss Marie then said, try it on. i started to go into the bathroom when Miss Stephanie said, my oh my, aren't we the modest one, try it on here in front of us as i want to see if the back of your legs still have any marks on them from the discipline sessions that you have been through. Although they should all be gone, but I want to make sure they are.

i took off my pants and started to try on the shorts when Miss Marie said, michael lower your underwear, I want to see if there are any marks on your buttocks. After i lowered my underwear, she said, good there are no marks left anywhere, now you can try on the shorts.
i put the polo shirt on first, then the shorts, they came to mid thigh on me, but they were a perfect fit. i said, how did you know my size?
Miss Marie said, I have had you lay across my lap enough times to figure out what size you wore.
She then said, are you ready to go out to breakfast Miss Stephanie? Miss Stephanie said, let's go, I'm starved and we left for the restaurant.
The restaurant was not crowded as the breakfast crowd had already eaten and left. A woman saw us and she came right over and said, good morning to Miss Stephanie and Miss Marie, it's nice to see the both of you. Miss Marie said are you playing hostess today, she said, my regular hostess is out ill today and I'm filling in. Besides it never hurts to fill in when someone is out, that way as owner I find out things that I wasn't aware of. Miss Stephanie asked her just what kind of things she found out. The owner said, just last week I had to severely discipline one of the waiters as I had a customer tell me he was rude to her. This waiter is fairly new and he forgets his manners every so often and I, or one of the waitresses have to remind him how to behave. All three of them laughed.

Miss Stephanie surprised me when she introduced me to the owner, she told the owner that i was only recently transferred to the West Coast and i learned more in the few weeks that i've been here than any other person that she and Miss Marie ever trained.
The owner said, maybe you can lend him to me for a while, I could use a good waiter, I'll personally train him, They laughed again and Miss Stephanie said, no deal he's all ours.

Miss Stephanie ordered for the three of us without consulting either Miss Marie or me. We had some nice conversation while eating breakfast and when we were done Miss Stephanie said, let's go down to the beach and take a walk on the boardwalk.

It was a typical beautiful sunny day and we walked the boardwalk and had an ice cream cone while on the boardwalk.
Miss Stephanie then told me to walk in front of them, i did and while walking in front of them i heard Miss Stephanie say to Miss Marie, those shorts really look good on him, don't you think?
Miss Stephanie said, he has a nice little tushy too. Miss Marie said, what do you expect, after all, we had shaped it plenty of times. Then she added, maybe you would like to shape it a little more before you go home. Miss Stephanie said, that sounds like a good idea, after all, how will he know that we love him if we don't round him out, they laughed and Miss Stephanie told me to come back and walk with them.

Miss Stephanie asked me if i heard them talking about me, i said i did.
She then asked me if i would like her to paddle my caboose before she went home. She then said, if i wanted her to do that it would not be to discipline me in any way as i have been a really good boy and a very obedient one.

i said, it would be an honor to have you paddle me for no other reason than you want too Miss Stephanie. i would lay down my life for you, i love you. She said, you love me like you love the rest of the staff? i said, no Miss Stephanie, i'm in love with you, i know that i'm not worthy of you but regardless, i'm in love with you and i will never not be in love with you.
She took my arm and patted my butt and said, I never want to ever again hear you say that you're not worthy of me. You have qualities in you that I have yet to find in another man. Now let's get to Miss Marie's apartment and we'll discuss this subject further.

When we got to Miss Marie's apartment she told me to make us drinks and we'll have them in the kitchen. After i made drinks for us, and Miss Stephanie gave me permission to sit and drink with them, she started out by saying, michael, I have special feelings for you that I have never had with any other man. I don't want you to take anything for granted now that I said that. Our relationship has to remain the same as it presently is, no favors, you will be treated the same as you are treated now by me, Miss Marie and the staff.
Tomorrow you will be living in the same quarters as Miss Marie and she will be in charge of your skill training. She will keep me posted on your progress. When Miss Marie thinks that you have learned all of the basic skills that are necessary to further a relationship with you, we will talk again about this. Miss Marie knows me and my desires even better than I.

She then asked me if i had anything to say. i told her that regardless of her decision i would never stop loving her. i also told her that i didn't expect, nor wanted any special treatment or favors from either her or the staff.
Miss Marie made us another drink as we were talking and put them in front of us, Miss Stephanie said, you may drink with us michael. i thanked her for giving me permission to drink and Miss Marie for making the drinks. She said, come on michael, don't get carried away and she and Miss Marie laughed. Miss Marie said, Miss Stephanie stop coddling him, after all I'll have to live with him starting tomorrow night. The three of us laughed.

After we finished our drinks Miss Stephanie said, it's getting late and I have to wash my hair so go get me the thin wooden paddle to seal the deal.
i went into Miss Marie's closet where she kept all of her implements and got the thin wooden paddle and brought it out to Miss Stephanie and handed it to her, she said I think I'll paddle you here in the kitchen.
She then told me to drop them and lay across her lap. When i laid across her lap she said, remember michael, you are not being disciplined or forced to accept this paddling. Do you want me to proceed?
i said, i definitely want you to proceed with the paddling, but i have a request. She said, what is your request? i asked her to paddle me long and hard until i cried. She asked me why i wanted her to do that. i told her it was because i was happier than i ever thought possible.

Miss Marie piped up and said, aawww Miss Stephanie, how can you turn down a request like that and she laughed.
Miss Stephanie said, I'll grant your request this time only michael, as you know I paddle until I think a person has had enough, but in this case being I know that you don't cry easily, I'll only use the paddle on your buttocks and spare your legs.

She then tightened up her grip on my waist with her left hand and started to paddle me. She didn't start out paddling softly to warm up my buttocks first, she spanked with full force and never let up until after about 50 or so spanks. i cried, they were more tears of joy than of pain, although my buttocks were burning up.
After she finished paddling me, she told me that i could get off her lap and pull up my shorts.

Miss Marie said, my oh my Miss Stephanie, this boy has got it bad for you, and we all laughed. Miss Stephanie told me to put the paddle back where i found it.

When i returned to the kitchen after putting the paddle back in the closet, i had a thought about the implements that Miss Marie had in her closet. i asked her where she was going to put the implements that were in the closet while the manager was moving her stuff to the new apartment.
She and Miss Stephanie laughed and said, why would we hide them? Most if not all of these implements have been used on this manager at one time or another, how do you think he got and keeps this job.
Miss Stephanie then said, Miss Marie and I are partners in this apartment house as well as two others, and the managers there work under the same conditions.
i thought, do wonders ever cease to exist?

Miss Stephanie got her overnight bag and said that she had to leave. She and i walked to the front door of the apartment and she hugged me and gave me the same loving kiss on the lips as she did last night.
She then whispered in my ear, I love you, and she left.

i went into my apartment took off my clothes, stood in front of the mirror in my bathroom and looked and looked at my blazing red buttocks, it was a badge of honor to me.
i went naked into the kitchen, made myself a drink, turned on the television, sat down on a hard wooden chair and drank my drink. i picked the hard wooden chair to sit on as i thought of nothing else but Miss Stephanie, i didn't even know what was on the television.

Finally it was getting late and i had a lot of work to do tomorrow so i put on my pajamas and went to bed. i fell asleep thinking of myself laying across Miss Stephanie's lap.




Part 63

i woke up this morning feeling exceptionally good. This was the best weekend that i ever had.
However, i had to make sure that i controlled myself and not get carried away as i still had to remember my place in the food chain around here. i thought of it as being on probation and not take anything for granted.

i showered, shaved, got dressed and made a pot of coffee and a couple of roast beef sandwiches for lunch. i didn't feel like eating this morning, so i just had a couple slices of toast with my coffee.

The knock came on my door at 7am, right on the button, i opened the door and said good morning to Miss Marie. She said good morning michael, then i said, may i look around the apartment for the last time Miss Marie, she said, certainly you may. She added that i would be in for a big surprise when i saw our new apartment and we left for work.

At my office door the usual was said by Miss Marie, see you later, behave yourself and she left.
i no sooner got into my office when there was a knock on the door, david walked in with coffee for the both of us. i thought i'll have to get used to david serving me coffee in the morning. i said, good morning david and he returned the greeting.

After we sat down i remembered that i didn't thank david for bringing me coffee. After giving it a second thought i figured david enjoyed serving all of the staff coffee, even me.
He talked about how today was going to be fun for him as the staff did not have allotted times for his service, and he was wondering how they were going to settle it on their own.
He told me that he already had messages from all six of them that they wanted to see him right after he brought the staff their coffee.
i asked him how was that possible to do? He said, when i bring them their coffee i'll tell each one that i had a message waiting for me when i came in this morning telling me that each of them wanted to see me as soon as i brought all of them coffee, then i'll sit back and watch them fight over who gets me first.

i asked him who he thought would have the first crack at him. He said, it most likely will go in the same pecking order that their coffee is brought to them in. Miss Helen, Miss Susie, Miss Peggy, Miss Jane, Miss Sherry then Miss Debbie. He went on further to say that he believes that Miss Susie will graciously give up her spot and say she will wait until last for my services.
i asked him why she would do that, as she then most likely will have the least amount of time with him. He said, she will have all the time plus more for what i'm sure she has in mind for me.

i asked him what he thought that Miss Susie had in mind for him? He said, first she will have me give her feet a quick massage, then she will tell me what a bad job i did massaging her feet, then she will say let's see if you can do a better job licking my feet and sucking my toes. He then continued, she will then stop me and tell me that my performance licking her feet and sucking her toes was worse than the massage that i gave her. She will then say drop them and she will get her favorite leather paddle, sit down in the armless chair and tell me to lay across her lap and then she will spank me good and hard.

i said, you really have her down pat, don't you? He said, i don't mind, she's only doing it this time because she missed me more than any of the others. The others will most likely give me a good spanking either this week or next, but never fear, they will spank me. i love them and they love me, they are my family. He then said, time for Miss Stephanie's and Miss Marie's coffee and he said, i'll see you later and he left. i wished that i was still bringing Miss Stephanie's and Miss Marie's coffee to them, i miss Miss Stephanie’s beautiful smile the first thing in the morning.

i went back to work sorting out store locations that are presently carrying our line of perfume, and the ones that most likely would carry the lingerie also if we bought the company. i then went over the list of stores in our general vicinity that carried Miss Joan's lingerie and only saw a few stores. i figured that she must have a lot of stores out of our immediate vicinity and in other states that carries her lingerie.

At 11 o'clock Miss Marie called and told me to come to her office, she told me to just walk in and close the door behind me.
i went to her office and when i walked in there was no one in the office. Miss Stephanie's door was closed, i didn't know if i should knock or what. After standing there a couple of minutes i made up my mind to knock. After i knocked Miss Marie said, come in michael. i went in and she said, close the door michael, after i closed the door i apologized for disturbing them and said, i didn't know if i should knock or not. Miss Stephanie said, michael more and more you are gaining the ability to know when it's the right thing to do, you were right in knocking on my door. Miss Marie then said, I purposely didn't tell you that I would be in Miss Stephanie's office, we wanted to make sure that you can think on your own at the right time. This was the right time to knock, now let's get down to business, sit down.

Miss Marie said, Miss Stephanie and I called over three dozen stores on the West Coast and found less than 10% that carry Miss Joan's line of lingerie, in fact the stores that don’t carry it never heard of it, at least they don't remember hearing of it. What do you make of that michael?

i thought for a minute and then said, i think i know what may be happening. i'll know better when i hear from my frat brothers, i should be hearing from them soon. Until then, with your permission i had rather not speculate.
i then asked how much do you think the company is worth to you?
Miss Stephanie said, of course we won't know until you find out the net profits. But if the potential is there i would think along the three quarters of a million to a million dollar range.

i asked to be excused as i wanted to make some more phone calls. Miss Stephanie said, you may leave michael, keep us posted on anything you find out, good luck.

i went back to my office and checked over the information that i had, and added what i just found out from Miss Stephanie and Miss Marie. i wanted to make sure i had not made any miscalculations in my previous data. After checking it over twice i found it all to be correct.

It was now lunch time and Miss Marie came to my door and said, lunch time michael, let's go out. i said, please Miss Marie, i don't mean any disrespect but i would rather stay in as i have a lot of calls to make.
She said, I'll let you stay here providing you eat your lunch and take at least a half hour without working. i said, thank you Miss Marie, i brought two sandwiches and i promise i won't work for at least a half hour. She said, good boy, I'll have david bring you coffee and keep an eye on you for a half hour. I know that you will not take less time than I said to take for lunch as I will thrash david's buttocks and I'll make you watch, then she left.

david knocked on my door and on a tray he had a sandwich and two cups of coffee. He started to tell me that he had to make sure that i didn't work for at least a half hour, i said, i know david, Miss Marie told me what would happen to you and she also told me that i would have to watch her thrash you. i added it wouldn't be the first time i saw you whipped with her razor strap but i was not the cause of it then and i will not be the cause of it now. He thanked me as he said he hated the whippings that Miss Marie was forced to give him because of his bad behavior and added, i deserved every one of them. Miss Marie is a very fair, caring but stern person who expects and deserves to be obeyed.

After i ate and the half hour was up i said, david i enjoyed eating lunch with you but now i have a lot of work to do so you may leave now. Then i said, david would you bring me another cup of coffee please, he said he would and left. i was starting to treat him like the staff treated him, i didn't mean too but i was doing it. Giving him permission to leave and having him bring me coffee, i made a mental note to try to stop doing these things, but i have to admit i kind of like it.

i waited until he brought me coffee and left before i called my frat brother, it wasn't quite four o'clock on the East Coast. His secretary said, just a minute please and then my frat brother contact came on the phone. He told me that he talked to his brother who was VP of Business loans for a large bank on the West Coast and he said that Miss Joan was in default on a loan that her Father and her made to open the business. He went on to say that the bank would not lend her any more money on the business and they might foreclose in the very near future. He went on to tell me that of course this is highly confidential and he made a luncheon appointment with his brother for me tomorrow. He told me where to meet him and at what time. i thanked him and said, i owe you one, thanks a million and we hung up.

i called Miss Marie and asked if she could see me now, she told me to come right down to her office. i went to her office, the door was closed and i almost walked in without knocking but i caught myself, knowing Miss Marie i could have a million dollars to give her and if i walked in without knocking she would at least have slapped my face a few times if not worse. i knocked and she said come in michael, i went in and she told me to close the door. She then brought me into Miss Stephanie's office and closed her door.

i told them that i had talked to my frat brother and he gave me confidential information that i had to check out tomorrow at lunch, i asked if i could borrow the company van. Miss Stephanie said, michael i told you that you had full use of the van anytime you needed it while you're on this assignment. She then asked me if the person that i was having lunch with was important, i answered, VERY important.
She said, take my Jaguar, we can't have you driving around like a pauper and they laughed. i thanked her and asked to be excused, she said you may leave, good luck tomorrow.

i stopped in david's office to get a cup of coffee, he was not there, i poured myself a cup of coffee and went back to my office.
While there i was wondering just how much Miss Joan owed the bank and why didn't her Father bail her out?
i went over all of the data again and again. Finally it was time to go home. Miss Marie came to my office and said, let's go out for pizza and a couple of drinks before we go to our new apartment.

At the Pizza Restaurant she said, you look as if you're in deep thought michael, anything i can do to help you? i said, i thank you very much for your offer but this is something that i have to do by myself right now. i will definately need your help later on.
We ate our pizza, drank our drinks and left for our apartment.
When we got there, Miss Marie said, follow me roomie and she chuckled, i followed her and when we got to the door she put the key in the lock and told me to close my eyes.

She took me by my hand and led me inside, she closed the door and told me to open my eyes. After i opened my eyes in an entry hall we walked into the living room, it was hugh and beautiful, and she had me go over to the large picture window with her and she opened the drapes and it was a wonderful view of a lake, i didn't even know there was a lake there. She then took me through the spacious dining room into the kitchen. The kitchen was almost as large as a kitchen in a restaurant is. She then had me look through the refrigerator, the hugh freezer and the pantry. This kitchen was fully equipped.

Finally she said, let's see where you'll be sleeping, she then led me into the study and opened a closet door where i saw all of her disciplining implemnts hanging on hooks, then she said, i hope there's enough room in there for you, then she laughed and laughed.

She said, get that look off you face silly, of course that's not your room, i just wanted you to know where they were for when i need them.
Now let's go see your bedroom, she led me to my bedroom which was at least twice the size of the bedroom in my old apartment, this room also had a view of the lake. She then showed me the walk in closet and the very large bathroom with a full length mirror and jacuzzi tub in it. i was in awe.

She said, let me show you mine now, we went to hers and it was a little larger than mine and had a view of the lake, but it had a much larger walk in closet. The bathrooms were about the same.

The third bedroom was large but it was the smallest bedroom, but it had the same view that the other two bedrooms had and it had it's own bathroom also.
i couldn't believe what i was seeing, it was a beautiful apartment and if they rented it out i would imagine that they would get at least ten thousand dollars a month for it.

She showed me where the liquor cabinet and bar was and told me to make us a drink. After i handed her her drink she said let's drink to our new apartment. She then told me to sit down. After i sat down she said, i want you to know the rules of the house, first thing you should know is that the rules that you now have to follow will always be in effect when there are other persons in this apartment with us, unless you are told otherwise. Now when we are alone you don't have to ask permission to do anything, just do it and I'll let you know if you should do it in another manner or not at all.
However, you must always properly address all women, and show them the respect that is due them unless you are told differentently. Do you understand the rules michael? i said, yes ma'am i do, it will take me some time to get used to them though.

We had our drinks and she said, it's time for bed michael, if you would like to watch television, there is a built in one in the dresser. The remote is on the top of it. She then kissed me on the cheek and bade me good night and added we have breakfast at 6am SHARP! We leave at 7am for work.
i changed into my pajamas and opened the doors on what appeared to be a clothes dresser and found the television and the remote, i turned the television on and went to bed.





Part 64

i woke up bright and early Tuesday morning after sleeping for the first night in this apartment. i had the best sleep that i had in a long time. The bed was one of the best, if not the best bed that i ever slept in.

i went into the bathroom to shower, shave and whatever else people do after they get up in the morning, then i dressed but did not put on a tie or my jacket as i went into the kitchen to make coffee and wait for Miss Marie to wake up and tell me what she wanted for breakfast.

It wasn't quite 6am yet when Miss Marie came into the kitchen wearing a see through night gown, i was embarrassed and i turned my back on her.
She said, what's wrong michael, haven't you ever seen a not quite naked woman before? She then added, you had better get used to it as we are living together and I don't intend to walk around on egg shells and I don't expect you to walk around on egg shells either.

While we are living together in the same apartment I want to walk around and feel at ease and I expect the same from you.
Now make us some scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast and you can bring me a cup of coffee in the bathroom while I'm putting my makeup on, then she went into the bathroom.

When the coffee was done i poured a cup and brought it to the bathroom, the door was open and she was sitting naked on a bench putting on her makeup. She saw me in the mirror and said, don't just stand there michael, come in here with my coffee and put it on the makeup table.
She said, from now on when a door to a room that I'm in is open, you just come right in, when it's closed, you knock and wait until I invite you in. Is that clear? i said, yes ma'am, quite clear. She then said, get out of here and start making breakfast. i left to make breakfast.

After breakfast i started to clean up the kitchen when she walked out and said, what are you doing? The maid will take care of that. i then went into the bathroom to wash my face and hands and brush my teeth, then i went into my bedroom and finished dressing.

i went into the living room turned on the television and waited for Miss Marie. She came in exactly at 7am and said, let's get going kiddo and we left for work.
At my office door before she could say anything, i said, see you later, behave yourself, we both laughed and she went on to her office.

i was about to close my office door when i saw david coming with two cups of coffee in his hands, i waited for him, and when he got inside my office i jokingly said, you're late, drop them.
Poor david thought i was serious and he put the coffee down on the table in my office and his hands went to his belt. i stopped him and said, i was only kidding david.
He said, i'm so used to dropping them when i hear the words that i do it automatically. i asked him if he would have dropped his pants and let me spank him? He said, of course i would have, i would have no choice, after all that is my job around here. i said, yes for the staff, not me. He said, with all due respects Mr. Michael, recently i was told in no uncertain terms by Miss Marie that you are one of the staff and that you should be treated as one.

i told him that if i hear you address me as Mr. Michael one more time i will have you drop them, then i will invite the entire staff to witness the spanking that i will give you with a leather paddle. i added, is that clear? He said, yes michael, quite clear, thank you. He added that he will never address me in that manner again, unless he is ordered to by Miss Stephanie, Miss Marie or any of the rest of the staff. He then said that he is no longer embarrassed when he is disciplined by any of the female staff, but he would be embarrassed to no end if i was disciplined by you in front of them, i thank you again.

We sat, drank our coffee and talked a little about sports before the time came to bring Miss Stephanie and Miss Marie their coffee. When he got to the door he said that he would bring me coffee as soon as i arrived in the morning and then again after he brought Miss Debbie hers. He added, you're now on my coffee list, call me whenever you want coffee or anything else, then he left and closed the door.

After he left i sat there thinking how much i liked the idea that david was told that i was one of the staff by Miss Marie and i should be treated like one by him.
Funny thoughts entered my mind. i wondered if i should have taking the role as one of the staff when i told david to drop them, even though i was kidding at the time. What if he did drop his pants, should i have spanked him? i came to the decision that i would have had no choice but to spank him, to show him that i had the authority to do so if i pleased. He wasn't late with my coffee, but i had my face slapped or my buttocks spanked many times by a staff member just on her say-so that the coffee was cold or late or some other concocted reason.
i wondered what it would be like to have another man under my full control to do with him as i pleased as long it was within the rules of the company. i decided that i might just give it a try one of these days, then i said to myself, you're letting the power go to your head but i couldn't help it.

i then went back to my charts and printouts to further check out the situation with the possible buy out of Miss Joan's lingerie business.
i couldn't wait for 11:00 so i could leave for my meeting with the bank V,P..
i was going cross-eyed looking at the charts and printouts over and over again. It was 10:00 and david came in with my coffee, he knocked first as he always does but i gave him permission to come right in after he knocked, i told him that he didn't have to wait to be invited in unless i had company in my office.

i said, you're late david, i didn't mean it in a way to chastise him, i only was wondering why. He said, Miss Helen held me up.

david said, i must hurry as Miss Helen said that i'm to report to her right after i bring you your coffee, she said that she found one of her pencils had a broken point and she would have to discipline me for it.
He added, i bet tomorrow Miss Peggy will get cold coffee and i'll find myself across her lap after i bring you your coffee, then he said, isn't it wonderful, things are almost back to normal and then he left.

i thought poor guy loves this way of life, then i thought what am i talking about, i don't actually hate the way i've been living since i was transferred to the West Coast. Then i remembered what david said about having to report to Miss Helen's office for discipline "right after i bring you your coffee". i was elated that Miss Helen and i'm sure the rest of the staff now accepts me as one of the staff, of course without the same privileges as the females on the staff, but what did i care, i did have privileges over david anyway, i was now more sure that some day i would take advantage of my privilege over him, but not for a made up reason.

i drank my coffee and looked at my printouts one more time before i had to leave for my luncheon appointment.
It was getting close to the time for me to leave and i called Miss Marie and told her that i was getting ready to leave, she told me to come to her office to get the keys to Miss Stephanie's Jaguar. When i got to her office she and Miss Stephanie were standing there waiting for me, Miss Stephanie handed me the keys and said, good luck michael, Miss Marie said, enjoy your lunch and then said, you may leave now.





Part 65

i arrived at the restaurant and told the hostess that i was expecting a guest and he would ask for michael. i added, please show him to my table when he arrives. i asked her for a table that was private as we had business to talk over. She said, yes sir I will, then she led me to a table in the corner. i sat down and ordered a drink before the V.P. arrived. He was a little late and he apologized for being late, he said, that he got tied up with a client.

He ordered a drink and while drinking his drink we chatted a little while about his brother and his work at the bank. He told me that he was the V.P. of business loans. i told him that i was Marketing Manager for a perfume company based on the East Coast and had a West Coast sales operation. He said, he knew it as his brother told him about me, of course nobody but the people where i worked knew anything about how the operation was handled.

He went on to say that he checked out our business and found it to be a wonderfully run and prosperous business. He said, I understand that a woman was named president of the West Coast operation and she has tripled the business in a little over a year.
i said, yes she is an amazing woman, she knows what she wants and works hard to achieve it.

As we were talking a waiter came over and took our order, we ordered another drink before our food came.
While eating he started to tell me about Miss Joan's business, He said that she and her Father applied for a loan a year ago. Her Father was at one time a successful business man with a lot of money, but through some bad investments he lost almost all of it. He went on to say that her Father wasn't broke but he had to live a normal lifestyle now. No more big spending on his daughter, who is a little spoiled and always got her way, she's a good kid but she needs a strong hand to settle her down.

The loan was really a small business loan that should have been handled by any one of my loan officers but I wanted to handle it myself as I knew the Father. The loan was only for $250,000 but in a year the only thing that was paid on the loan was the interest and she was now not even paying that.
He said, the daughter started up this company without any kind of business plan, but the Father said he would guide her in the business, I took his word for it and gave them the loan. Now she no longer has an interest in the business as she thought that it was going to be a huge success. She never even gave it a second thought that you have to work at a business for it to be successful, it just doesn't become successful on it's own. She's not lazy, she just is immature and needs guidance, a lot of it, then I believe she will be productive.

He continued with, I don't want to call in her loan but my feet are to the fire, after all I not only approved the loan, I was the one instrumental in giving it to them. They have no equipment that we can sell if I foreclose other than a couple of computers and some other small inexpensive office equipment.

i then asked him if the bank got their $250,000 back wouldn't it look as if they got their money back with interest in a years time and without having to foreclose as a good business deal.
He said, I would probably get a raise and possibly a promotion. i said, keep it under your hat, i'll see what can be done and then we ordered one more drink and toasted to it.

I paid the check with a company credit card that Miss Marie had given me, then we left the restaurant and headed back to our own place of business.
When i got back to my office i called david and told him to bring me coffee. When he got there he knocked and came in and handed me my coffee, i thanked him and said, you may leave david, it just came out of my mouth without thinking.

After he left the phone rang, it was Miss Marie, she said, I heard you were back. How did everything go? i said, Miss Marie, if it's ok with you i would like some time to myself as i have to think a while.
She said, certainly michael, take your time and call me when you're ready to talk, then we hung up.
i sat drinking my coffee and thinking, could the V.P. be putting me on, i had a hard time believing what he told me.
However, i knew he wouldn't and wasn't lying to me. He had no reason to lie. He knew how close his brother and i are.

Finally i called Miss Marie and asked if i could see her and Miss Stephanie, i said, i know it's late and this might take some time so you may want to wait until tomorrow.
She said, I'll call you back and hung up.

Just before closing time she called me and said, come to my office.
i went to her office and the door was open, she told me to come in and close the door.
After i got inside we went into Miss Stephanie's office, Miss Marie said that she sent david for take out for us and we would talk then.
Soon after there was a knock on Miss Marie's door, she went into her office and answered the door, it was david with the food. She told him to take the food into Miss Stephanie's office and set it up on her table.

david went into Miss Stephanie's office and set the food up on the table and then asked Miss Marie if there was anything else she wanted him to do. She asked himif he brought food back for himself as she told him too? He replied, i did. She said, that's good, now if you don't mind staying until we leave which might be very late I would appreciate it, you don't have to if you have other plans. He said, i have no plans and i'll stay until you no longer need or want me. She laid her hand on the side of his face in a gentle manner and said, we will always WANT you david, whose bottom would we spank and who would give us the great foot massages that we now enjoy if you weren't arround, then she said, would you please bring us all coffee.
He said, i figured you would want coffee with your food so i made a fresh pot and i'll make sure it's kept hot. Miss Marie, said I don't know what we would do without you david, you may leave now.

We waited until david came back with the coffee and put it on the table, he then said, i'll be by the phone for when you need something.
Miss Stephanie said, you're a sweetheart david, thank you and now you may leave.

i then told Miss Stephanie and Miss Marie the story about the business and how the bank was going to foreclose on it. i also told them what the V.P. told me about Miss Joan needing a strong hand and a lot of guidance, and how she could be made to be productive with that combination.

Miss Stephanie then asked me what i thought about all of this? i said, i think we should bring Miss Joan and her Father in here and ask them how much they wanted for the business before we make an offer.
Then after they tell us how much they want, we tell them that we are not that interested in their business as we know they have little to none. We are only interested in their manufacturing contacts.

Then after a lot of back and fourths we make them an offer. Miss Stephanie said, you know what I'm prepared to offer michael.
Now I want to know what you think we should offer. i said, let's tell them that we will pay off all that's owed on the business, including the loan. That shouldn't come to more than $300,000. Then i think that we should offer the Father another $50,000 for good will. i also think that we will need someone with some experience with this lingerie so we make Miss Joan an offer that she can't refuse, of course i think that she will need the same behavioral training that the rest of the staff went through to make sure she can take it and be productive.

i know that we will be able to get the line of lingerie into most of the stores that now carry our product, and stores that have never been approached by Miss Joan. We will need the extra help anyway and i'm sure that Miss Joan's Father will feel better and more willing to go along with the offer if he feels that his daughter will be taken care of.

Miss Marie joined in with, Miss Jasmine knows quite a bit about lingerie, she would be a big help, that is once I get through with her. There are only four people that work there at this time and Miss Jasmine told me that one of the girls is leaving, she's moving to the midwest. That leaves only Miss Joan, Miss Jasmine and their office boy tom. IF we do bring on the two women we well need another person to help david, he can't possible take care of 8 staff members plus you, I and Miss Stephanie.

Miss Stephanie said, has tom had any training in being a good office boy? Miss Marie said he's had some but not to the extent that david has, I'm sure that he will work out, especially under david's tutelage.
Miss Stephanie said, david has been so wonderful and good for morale it will be nice to not only give him a helper but to put him in complete charge of him, david will then become one of the staff. The only difference is that he still has to obey us and the rest of the staff, and you know that includes you michael. You know the privaliges that you have are limited to david and now tom, if we hire him.
Miss Stephanie said, michael, we have to get you a leather paddle and a strap now, you already have an 18 inch ruler and yardstick.
I also expect you to use them when necessary, that is part of your job, don't let me down. i said, i won't Miss Stephanie.

She then said, tomorow I will call Miss Joan and ask her to meet us right after lunch to talk over some business. By Thursday noontime, the business has to be concluded or the deal is off. Is that ok with you michael? i said, i think you are tight in not giving them a chance to think about it too long as they may just get stuborn as their pride might get hurt.
Miss Marie said, it won't only be Miss Joan's pride that gets hurt, believe me.

Miss Stephanie then called david and told him that he may go home now as our meeting has ended for today but she wanted him to tell the staff that he will not be available after lunch until Miss Marie calls them. She then said, goodnight david and thank you very much for staying.
Then we all left for home.
