Part 76

I woke up feeling great and wondering what today, Joan’s second day of training will bring. I was hoping that her training period would be over soon as I was chomping at the bit to get our lingerie in the stores.

Over breakfast I expressed my feelings to Miss Marie about my desire to get our lingerie out on the market and asked if there was a way that Joan’s training could be accelerated.



She told me that she would think about it and that she also had to accelerate my training in the skills that Miss Stephanie has ordered. She then said that my obedience training has gone over very well and both she and Miss Stephanie are more than satisfied with me. She then told me that she knows that I am well qualified to launder lingerie properly and also so many other things that so far qualify me to be a model husband for Miss Stephanie. She added that there were only a few things left that had to be taken care of and one of the things would take place after work tonight.



She told me that we would stop off at Angie’s restaurant before going to our apartment and Angie’s head server Emma would teach me the proper way to set a table, and she added that Angie said if I did a good job and didn’t screw up to the point where Emma would have to discipline me, we should be done in about an hour.

I thought, oh boy, another stranger is going to discipline me. I decided that I would do my best so there would be no true reason why she should discipline me.



Miss Marie said, let’s get going Michael, I want us to get to work early as there will be plenty to do while we’re training the three potential new employees. That my take three weeks or more, it’s all according to how they react to the training.



On the way to work Miss Marie said, Michael I thought about your request to accelerate Joan’s training, and I’ve decided to honor your request. I want you to find a reason to detain Joan when she brings you your morning coffee, hold her up long enough for her to be late in bringing my coffee and Miss Stephanie’s, and I’ll detain her long enough so she will be late in not only bringing the staff their coffee, but also late in doing any of her other chores that she had to do for them.



When we got to work, Joan was just getting in and we said good morning to her and she bade us good morning and then Miss Marie and I went to our offices.

About 8:30 there was a knock on my door, I knew it had to be Joan so I decided to not answer to any of the knocks. Then came another knock, and another, and another. I went into the bathroom and peeked out into my office and then I saw Joan come in with my coffee. She said, I’m sorry that I entered your office without being invited in Michael but I knocked numerous times and there was no answer so I just came in.

I told her that I was in the bathroom and I was just coming out to answer the knock, I added that there never is a reason for her or any other trainee to enter an office without an invitation to come in, or permission to enter without knocking.



I then instructed her to get the armless chair and place it in the middle of the room. As she was doing that I opened my office door and waited for her to bring the chair to the middle of the office. When she did that I told her to go to the closet and bring me my leather paddle, she obeyed immediately, I was surprised but yet happy to see that she wanted to be employed here. I told her to lift her dress up and lower her panties. She hesitated and I said, are you being insubordinate? She said, no Mr. Michael, it’s just that I have never been spanked by a man or was ordered to bare my bottom for a paddling by a man. I know that you witnessed me being spanked, but that’s different. She then apologized and promised that no matter the command she would obey instantly.



She then surprised me, she said, please Mr. Michael don’t hold back on the discipline, I deserve it and I request that you give me a severe spanking to help me remember to always obey the rules. I then positioned the chair so anyone that walked by my office would see her buttocks, then I sat down and told her to lay across my lap, she did so instantly. I then asked her if she knew why I was going to discipline her?

She said it was because she entered my office without permission. I then asked her if that was the only reason?

She said, I’m not sure Mr. Michael, if there is another reason please tell me so I won’t repeat it in the future.

I told her that she didn’t address me properly when she apologized for entering my office without being invited in, I told her that she called me Michael. She said, I’m sorry Mr. Michael, I wasn’t thinking.

I told her that she must think all of the time, whether she is in training or a fully fledged staff member. I told her that Miss Marie will tell her all of the rules and the consequences for breaking any of them, when and if Miss Stephanie and Miss Marie decide whether they will hire her for a staff position or not.



It was now past the time for Joan to bring Miss Marie and Miss Stephanie their coffee but I didn’t mention it. I just said, it’s time to discipline you, are you ready? She replied with a yes Sir.



I then started to slowly paddle her with the leather paddle, I gave her a swat with it about every five seconds. I gave her twenty swats and I told her that was for not addressing me properly. I told her to get up and stand in the corner with her arms folded behind her back until I decide to discipline her for entering my office without being invited in. When she got up she reached down for her panties, then caught herself and went to the corner leaving them around her knees. I had her stand there for about ten minutes before ordering her to get back across my lap.



I paddled her at the same cadence as I did before, one swat every five seconds. While paddling her I saw david walk by and look in, he stood there watching me for a few seconds when I noticed Miss Marie look in and she smiled at me and gave me the thumbs up, she watched me give Joan a few swats then she left.

I gave Joan 25 swats with the leather paddle this time before I told her to get up and dress.

After she pulled her panties up and let her dress down and with a few tears in her eyes she said, thank you for disciplining me and making me a better person and a valuable employee in the event that I’m hired as a staff member.

I accepted her apology, then told her that she may leave. She looked at the clock on my wall and said, oh no, it’s almost 9:30 and she ran out of my office saying thank you Mr. Michael. I laughed, but hoped that the day wouldn’t be too rough for her. I knew that Miss Marie talked to the staff but I didn’t know what she told them.



When Joan got to her office she poured two cups of coffee and brought them to Miss Marie’s office and knocked on the door, Miss Marie told her to come in. When she got inside Miss Marie said, do you know what time it is? Joan said, yes ma’am, I’m sorry Mr. Michael held me up. Miss Marie said, what do you mean, he held you up? Joan told her that I disciplined her. Miss Marie then said, you sure cut your stories short, don’t you?

Whenever a person is disciplined around here they are to tell every staff member that they run across that they were disciplined, by whom, why, how, the implement used and the duration of the discipline. Then if requested the person that was disciplined must show the disciplined area to the requesting staff member. She added that this rule applies to everyone, everyone, no exceptions. Do you understand that? Joan answered, yes Miss Marie I do. Miss Marie then told Joan to lift her dress, lower her panties and show her the disciplined area. Miss Marie inspected Joan’s buttocks and said, Mr. Michael did a fair job, I see that he used the leather paddle, then she told Joan to replace her clothing and then told her that she may leave.



Joan went back to her office and poured coffee for the rest of the staff and first went to Helen’s office, the door was open and Helen told Joan to come in. When Joan got inside, Helen asked her why she was so late?

Joan answered her correctly. She told her that I disciplined her and gave her all of the details that Miss Marie said was required of a person that was disciplined. Helen then told Joan to raise her dress and lower her panties. Joan immediately did as she was told and Helen checked her buttocks and said, not bad, you may pull your panties up and lower your dress.

Helen then asked Joan if she made the copies that she wanted. Joan said, what copies? Helen asked her if she checked her phone for messages? Joan apologized and said that she was so overwrought and in such a hurry that after I disciplined her she totally forgot to check for any messages and rushed to bring Miss Stephanie and Miss Marie their coffee and then she rushed to bring the staff their coffee.

Helen said, I’ll deal with this later, you may leave. Joan then went to Susie’s office, again the door was open and Susie was waiting for her and invited her in. Susie then asked where she was and why was she so late bringing her coffee. Joan told her the same story that she told Helen. Then Susie told Joan to raise her dress and lower her panties as she wanted to inspect her buttocks. Joan again immediately raised her dress and lowered her panties. Susie checked her buttocks and said, Michael calls this discipline? Have you made copies of the quotes that I asked you to make for me yet? Joan said, I’m sorry Miss Susie, I forgot to check for messages as I was in such a hurry to bring the staff their coffee. Susie told Joan that she would take care of this matter later and then dismissed Joan.

Joan experienced the same thing with every staff member and wondered what they all meant when they said that they would deal with this later. She then went directly to her office and checked for the messages that the staff said they left for her.

While listening to the messages david walked into her office and said, isn’t it a little late to check for messages?

Joan told him what transpired and what the staff told her about “dealing with this later”. david said, I’m afraid that you are in a peck of trouble my dear. While you’re in training I have the authority to discipline you and should do it here and now. But I’m not going to do it now as you have a big enough problem and i don’t want to add to it, i’ll take care of it tomorrow.



For now i’ll help you out a little, i’ll help you make the copies that the staff wants and when we’re done you are to immediately bring the copies to their office and see if there is any further need of you at this moment. i know that there are things that have to be mailed out but you wouldn’t know what they are. Let them tell you what needs to be mailed and what doesn’t, they will appreciate the fact that you did them so quickly and brought them to their office to see if they had any immediate need of you. Each one of them will most likely tell you that they want coffee and make sure that it’s hot. Tell them that you will make a fresh pot. They then will dismiss you.

She gave david a hug and said, you’re a wonderful guy. david said, let’s see how you feel tomorrow after i discipline you.

Joan did as david suggested and everything worked out as he said it would.



Part 77


About an hour after lunch I heard Miss Marie over the pager, “Joan, report to the conference room immediately” followed by, “ Attention staff, report to the conference room please and Joan will not be available until further notice” thank you.



I thought, my oh my, Miss Marie sure works fast, I wonder what she has in mind for Joan. I figured if she was going to end her training sooner than expected she would give her the works and see if she could take it. It was all according to how badly Joan wanted the job.



When I arrived at the conference room david was outside with Joan, Joan was standing in the corner with her back to the conference room. After all of the staff arrived Miss Marie signaled david to bring Joan into the conference room. When they entered the room david sat down with the rest of us and Joan remained standing. Miss Marie explained what this was all about. She told her about how the charges were brought against her by all of the staff and just how things worked when charges were brought against anyone, regardless of who they are.

She then asked Joan if she wanted to continue with this procedure or if she just wanted to walk away with six months’ salary? I thought Miss Marie was making it rather tempting for Joan to leave and I figured that if Joan said that she wanted to proceed it would show all of us that she was serious about really wanting to work here.

If she said that she would leave, we wouldn’t want her here anyway.



Joan said that she wanted to face the charges brought against her as she wanted to be employed here as a staff member.



Miss Marie then said the charges that are being brought against you are not for being late bringing coffee to the staff or failing to address Michael properly. Those infractions were taken care of my him, he applied the discipline that he thought sufficed.

The new charges are #1, you failed to check for messages, #2, you closed Susie’s door without being told to do so, #3, although Michael disciplined you for failing to address him properly and entering his office without being invited in, you hesitated when you were commanded to raise your dress and lower your panties. Joan started to say something when Miss Marie slapped her across the face and said, you don’t speak until spoken to and you don’t speak until given permission when you are brought up on charges.

Now you may speak if you have anything to say in defense of the charges brought against you. Joan said, all of the charges are true and I’m very sorry and will do better in the future.



Miss Marie said, the discipline that the staff recommended was that you be stripped from the waist down, made to lay across the table with your feet on the floor and your buttocks will be swatted ten times by each of the staff with whatever implement they wish to use. They will give you five swats on each buttock.

Although david is not normally included in administering discipline and most times not even allowed to witness it, he will take part in this discipline as he is technically your superior while you’re in training.

This means that you will receive a total of 80 swats, 40 on each buttock. I nor Miss Stephanie will not take part in the disciplining of you today, that will come another day.

Now I will give you one more opportunity to reject the sentence and you may leave with your six months pay and we will all wish you well. If you decide that you want to discuss terms with us if you decide to leave I will sit down and talk with you. If you have anything to say you may speak now.



Joan said, thank you Miss Marie for allowing me to speak. Am I allowed to say anything that I wish? Miss Marie said, of course you are my dear, go ahead and say what’s on your mind and in your heart.

Joan said, with all due respect to you, Miss Stephanie and the rest of the staff, including dear david, there isn’t a damn thing that you or any of the staff can do, and most likely will do to me, that will stop me from becoming a member of this team, so do your worse Honey, and thank you for allowing me to speak my mind.

With that Miss Marie told Joan to go stand in the corner facing the wall and then told the staff to come outside.

When the staff was out of earshot with Joan Miss Marie started to laugh and all of the staff followed in the laughter. Susie said she is a feisty little one, isn’t she? The whole staff decided that Joan would be a valuable member of our team if she held up under the discipline that she was sentenced too. Peggy said, let’s give it all we got, if she holds up that will prove that she is sincere in wanting to join us.



Miss Stephanie reminded the staff that the real test will come tomorrow when Joan is formally informed that the last test is one that every one of you went through before we hired you, you all know what that is. Don’t you?

The whole staff, including me and david said, it’s worse than what Joan is going to go through today, that will be the final test.



Miss Marie then directed us to go back to the conference room where Joan was waiting for us while standing in the corner.

Miss Marie then told Joan to come out of the corner and stand before everyone and strip to the waist. Joan didn’t hesitate a second, she had a dress on so she took it completely off, that left her with a bra on, then she removed her panties and laid them on the edge of the table and stood in only a bra waiting for the next command.

Miss Marie then told her to lay over the table, she was too short for her feet to reach the floor. If she had to keep her feet on the floor her buttocks would not be in a desirable position for discipline. Miss Marie went over to the table and helped Joan get into position and told her that she should not try in any way to cover her buttocks or wiggle around where it makes it difficult for the disciplinarian at the time strike in a desired spot.

She informed Joan that if she did try to cover up or did anything that made disciplining her difficult or impossible the sentence would begin again no matter how many swats that were given.



Miss Marie then said, the first one to be the disciplinarian will be david, then Michael. After that Joan will be disciplined by the last one that she brings coffee to in the morning and proceed in reverse. Helen will be the last disciplinarian.

Are you ready Joan? Joan said, yes Miss Marie.



david decided to hand spank Joan, he thought it would be better if she was warmed up before the rest of the staff got to her. He gave her a good hand spanking, he didn’t pull any punches, but yet it couldn’t have hurt as much as any of the implements that he knew that the rest of the staff would discipline Joan with.



When david was finished and it was my turn I decided to use the 18 inch wooden ruler, I used that as I wanted to see if Joan really meant what she said about being part of our team. I stood behind Joan and hit her long way instead of across her buttocks, I could see the stripes from the ruler turning red before I finished with giving her five strokes on each buttock. Joan laid there quiet and without much movement at all. Her face was turned away from me so I couldn’t see if she was crying.



Debbie was next in line to do the honors and she chose the wooden paddle for her first five swats, when she gave Joan a rather hard paddling on her left buttock she picked up her heavy yard stick to give Joan five strokes on her right buttock, still there was no sound from Joan. I wondered how she kept from crying.



Sherry used the leather paddle for all ten swats and she had no mercy in her heart while swatting Joan. I thought I heard a little whimper from Joan this time but I couldn’t be sure.



Joan had gone through half of the staff, 40 swats on her buttocks, 20 to each side, she had a like amount coming but they were from the more experienced disciplinarians. I knew now that was how Miss Marie planned it, she wanted the worse to come last for Joan. That way she could be certain that Joan wanted this job badly.



Miss Marie then asked Joan if she wanted to continue or did she decide to take the six months pay and leave?

Joan said, thank you for the offer Miss Marie but I wish to continue as I said before, nothing will stop me from becoming a part of this team. Miss Marie then patted Joan on her buttocks and took a good look at them to make sure that there was no lasting damage done to them.



It was now Jane’s turn to administer the discipline to Joan. She chose the leather paddle and gave Joan all ten with the leather paddle. Again I heard a whimper from Joan, but not loud enough for any concern.



Peggy stepped up and said, I’m next. She chose the thin yardstick. It was whippy and stung like the blazes when used correctly and Peggy sure knew how to use it as I felt it when she administered it to my buttocks.

She took her time swatting Joan’s buttocks and each time she swatted her I could hear the whimpers get louder, the discipline was starting to get to her. by the time Peggy finished giving Joan the last swat, Joan’s whimpers were heard by all.



All that were left now was Susie then Helen, they were the champions when it came to disciplining someone. Of course with the exception of Miss Stephanie and Miss Marie.



Susie picked up the strap, I should have known that would be the implement that she would use. She said to Joan, I’m going to show you how to properly strap a person properly and yet safely.

Susie could use either hand which made it easier to properly discipline someone on each buttock equally. Susie decided to lash Joan’s left buttock first which meant that she used her tight hand. After giving her three lashes on her left buttock we could hear Joan crying but not sobbing, when Susie gave Joan the remaining two lashes to her left buttock Joan was crying a little louder.

Susie then switched hands and sides, she now was going to lash Joan’s right buttock. She then said to Joan let’s see how you take it on your right buttock. She then began to lash her right buttock slowly and Joan began to cry louder. By the time Susie finished giving Joan ten lashes with the strap Joan was crying seriously.



Miss Marie went over and inspected Joan’s buttocks and told Joan that she could rest up for a few minutes and pull herself together before Helen took her turn. But she warned Joan not to touch her buttocks or the discipline will start all over again. Joan thanked her and said, I won’t touch them Miss Marie.



After five minutes Miss Marie told Helen to carry on. Helen picked up the medium thick cane and swished it around a few times. I knew it was meant to scare the person that it was going to be used on, it sure as hell scared me when she was about to cane me. I really didn’t worry about Joan as I knew that Helen was an expert with the cane and no damage other than sore buttocks would be done.



Helen decided to cane Joan’s right buttock first as that was the buttock finished off her lashing with. Helen is right handed and it’s normal for a right handed person to cane the buttock farthest away from her.

Helen gave Joan the first stroke and Joan screamed but not loudly then quickly stopped. Helen delivered the second stroke and Joan screamed again and then quickly stopped again. She moved her body a bit but not enough to impede the caning. The third stroke of the cane brought another scream, a little louder and it took a little longer for Joan to be quiet this time.

Helen delivered the next two strokes very quickly and Joan really let out a scream and she started crying. This time she didn’t stop crying, we could all hear her. I could see Helen smiling, she was proud of herself but yet she wasn’t being mean, it was her duty as it was all of the rest of the staff’s and david’s duty. It is what makes this team so great. We discipline and get disciplined when necessary to make us better people and more valuable employees of the company. When we discipline or get disciplined it is giving with love, we truly love each other and expect to be shown the way when we stray.



Helen then stepped back about a step then forward a little. This enabled her to give full swings of the cane and she knew that they would only hit Joan’s left buttock. Joan was not crying as hard as she was a minute ago.

The way Helen brought her arm back I knew that there was no way that Joan would be able not to cry or yell out.

I was right, when Helen brought the cane down on Joan’s left buttock I could see the mark it left, Joan really let out a scream and started to cry harder. The second stroke of the cane was about an inch below the last stroke and just as hard if not harder. Joan was now starting to cry heavily when Helen brought another stroke down on her buttock and inch lower than the last stroke. I said to myself only two more strokes to go, please don’t try to impede either one.

Helen waited a few seconds and then swished the cane in the air for effect, Joan cried out even though Helen did not hit her with the cane. Then before anyone knew what happened Helen gave Joan another cut of the cane and this time Joan not only yelled but started to sob. But she didn’t move out of position, she just laid there sobbing when Helen decided to put her out of her misery and used the last cut of the cane that Joan had coming.



Miss Marie went over to Joan and rubbed her back and took a good look at her buttocks before she told Joan that she could get off the table. Joan needed a little help getting off the table and standing. Helen and Susie went over and assisted her. I don’t know how she did it but Joan remembered to thank us for disciplining her and helping to make a better person and a more valuable employee.

Miss Marie then told me to keep Joan in the conference room and teach her how to apologize appropriately and properly, and when I was sure that she had it down pat I was to bring her down to her office to see if she learned it, then they all left the room.



Joan was still standing there with only a bra on. I stood there for a minute just watching her, I wanted to see if she learned that she should never cover up or request to cover up after a discipline session. She made no attempt to cover up, nor did she request that she be allowed to cover up, she just stood there in front of me with her head down and her eyes lowered.



I then told her that the rule states that when a person is giving an appropriate and proper apologize they are to remain in the same state of dress or undress as the case may be. Anyone at any time can say to you, prove to me that you know how to apologize appropriately and properly and you have to show them that you can.



Now let us start, first thing you get down on our knees in front of the person that you are giving the apology to.

Then you tell them how sorry you are that you made them discipline you for (whatever you were disciplined for) and that you thank them with all of your heart and you promise that there will never be a repeat of the infraction again. The person will then tell you that they forgive you and accept your apology. You will then kiss the person’s feet that you delivered the apology to and remain on your knees until the person tells you that you may rise. You will thank them, then rise and remain standing in front of them until they tell you that you may dress, that is if you are in a state of undress.

However, you must remain in their presence until they dismiss you. If by any chance they walk away without dismissing you, you must report that to Miss Marie immediately. You see Joan the staff has obligations also and don’t ever think that you can’t be disciplined because you are part of the staff. Miss Marie will tell you all of the rules that we all have to live by when and if she and Miss Stephanie decides to take you on as part of the staff.



Now show me that you can give an appropriate and proper apology. Joan went down on her knees and did a great job but she did forget a few things along the way. I let her finish the whole apology then told her that she could rise and then I asked her if she go the whole thing right. She said I forgot a couple of parts and I know that I could do better, may I please try again? I told her that she would keep trying until I’m satisfied that she says it right. I also told her that if she makes any mistakes when given this type of an apology she can expect to be disciplined even if it’s just a test to see if she knows it.

After a few more times she got it right, actually she got it right on the third try but I wanted to make sure she remembered it before I took her down to Miss Marie.



The last time after I told her that she could rise up off her knees and it was time to go see Miss Marie I started to walk out of the office with her behind me. I stopped after we got a few feet away from the conference room and told her to go back and get dressed. She ran back to get dressed, I laughed at her.

When we go to Miss Marie’s office i walked in first and told Joan to come in. Miss Marie asked me if she knew how to give an appropriate and proper apology? I told her that she did. Miss Marie then told Joan to prove to her that she knew how to do it.

Joan went down on her knees and did a great job, I had changed a few things as I thought some of the apology was boring and needed modernization.

When Joan was done, Miss Marie told her that she may get up off her knees, then she asked her if that was the way that I taught her to do it and say the things that she said? Joan feeling pretty proud of herself said, yes ma’am, gesture for gesture, word for word.

Miss Marie turned to me and slapped my face, then she said, you know how to give an appropriate and proper apology, you know every gesture and every word. Now do it the way that you were taught to do it and don’t change a thing.



I got down on my knees and gave her the apology as I was taught it and did it perfectly, gesture for gesture, word for word. Miss Marie then told me to get up. She then said, I disciplined you with a slap in the face but there will be more coming tonight. I have to discipline you as you didn’t request permission to change the apology, you did it on your own. You know, and I also want Joan to know that I expect innovation in our employees, but if you’re disciplined for it don’t let it discourage you. All the discipline will do is make you think before you leap on your own.

I like the changes that you made, and I will leave them in there, and at a later date if Joan passes her final test I want both of you to teach it to the rest of the staff.



If Joan wasn’t a trainee I would have her discipline you, you lucked out today but remember tonight I will deal with you. Now Joan, how does you bottom feel? She said it’s fine Miss Marie, thank you for asking. Miss Marie then told her to go to see Helen, she said that Helen has some cream that she will apply to your buttocks that will make them feel better. Tonight when you get home and when you go to bed put an ice bag in your pajamas, along with the cream it will do wonders for your buttocks.

Don’t disobey me on this as you may get your final test tomorrow and you’ll be sorry if you don’t follow my advice. Then she dismissed Joan and told her to go directly to Helen’s office as she’s waiting for you.



After Joan left Miss Marie said did I scare you when I told you that I will deal with you tonight? I said, I deserve it Miss Helen, after all I did change the wording on the apology without your permission. She said, you don’t know how long I thought about either changing the wording or dropping the apology entirely.

I slapped your face for doing it and that’s enough discipline, I just wanted Joan to know that just because a person is a staff member they’re still subject to discipline.



When Joan got to Helen’s office the door was opened and she saw Helen and Susie in there, Susie told her to come in. She went in and Susie told her to close the door and then lift up her dress and take down her panties.

Joan did as she was told. Helen then sat down in an armless chair and told Joan to lay across her lap, Joan thought, not another spanking I hope. Helen then told Susie to bring her the cream. Susie gave Helen the cream and Helen began to cover Joan’s buttocks with the cream, it felt so soothing and cool. Helen continued for about five minutes applying the cream to Joan’s buttocks before she told her to get up. She told Joan to keep her dress up and her panties down for a while and allow the cream to soak in.



Susie said, I could use a cup of coffee, how about you Helen? Helen said that’s a good idea, I’m in the mood for a cup of coffee. She then looked at Joan and asked Susie if they should send Joan down to get it. Susie said, she’ll get her panties dirty. Helen said she could go as she is you know. Susie said, yes she could but let’s stop teasing the poor girl she went through a lot today. Susie then picked up the phone and told david to bring three coffees to Helen’s office. Joan was relieved that they didn’t make her go to get the coffee with her dress up and her panties down, she thanked them, and Susie and Helen sat while Joan remained standing as they didn’t want the cream to get on the chair and all three chatted like school girls.



There was a knock on the door and Susie told Joan to go into the bathroom until they got the coffee, they didn’t want david to see her naked buttocks again. david brought the coffee into Helen’s office and was told to put it on the table and then they gave him permission to leave.

They called Joan out of the bathroom and they started to talk about how lovely Joan’s bra and panties were. Joan told them that they were one of the latest styles that she created along with the designer and they had a lot more ideas for future designs and materials.

If Miss Marie thinks that you are going easy on someone, watch out or you will be dealt with by her and Miss Stephanie first, and then brought up on charges, you had a taste of that earlier.



Remember, always be fair and honest. There will come a time when you have to discipline david and when you do, discipline him severely as if he feels that you were too lenient with him for the offense that he committed he will tell Miss Marie. david very seldom deserves more than a few slaps on the face and we lovingly spank him from time to time to show him that he is loved by us and very dear to us. It was now quitting time and Miss Marie came to my office and said let’s go and we went. But if you screw up badly and Emma had to discipline you, it will take a lot longer. Emma taught me how to prepare the settings on a dinner table, how to fold a napkin, where the forks go, what each fork is for, where the spoons go and what each spoon was for, where the knives go and so forth.

Emma was a young beautiful girl, she told me that Angie took under her wing when she was just out of college and trained her to the point where she was the head server and also the main disciplinarian. It seemed to be a similar situation that Miss Marie was in.



It was less than an hour before Emma said I guess I have no use for the paddle at this time. Your work is perfect and there’s no reason to discipline you. You may leave now and go to Miss Marie and tell her that I said there’s no need for further training in how to properly set a table. I thanked her and went to the bar and told Miss Marie what Emma said.

Miss Marie then said, good boy, you deserve a drink and she ordered two drinks. She asked me if I wanted a pizza for dinner, she said that Angie’s were delicious. I said, why not, I want to celebrate my victory, I passed another part of my skill training. She laughed and said, boy you are full of yourself, aren’t you?



While we were eating our pizza Miss Marie told me that her and Miss Stephanie talked it over earlier this morning and then some more after Joan’s discipline session in the conference room about possibly giving Joan the final test tomorrow. We want to know how you feel about it.



I said, I think she’s ready for the final test. After what she said and what she went through today I think she’s sincere about wanting to be part of our team. I’m anxious to get started on placing the lingerie in stores.

Besides that I want to meet her sources as soon as possible in case Joan doesn’t work out we will know her sources personally. I have no reason to believe that it won’t work out with Joan but I like to cover our butts.



I would suggest that when you and Miss Stephanie approach her tomorrow and tell her what the test entails that you offer her a full year’s pay if she wants to back out and not go through with the test. I woke up early again thinking this is the day that Joan in given her final test to see if she’s worthy of becoming a fully fledged member of our staff.

I got myself ready quickly and headed out to the kitchen to make breakfast. On the way there I knocked on Miss Marie’s bedroom door and said, wake up sleepyhead we have to get to work early, it’s a big day for all of us.



Miss Marie said, I’ve been out of bed for an hour and I’m almost ready to leave for work. She then added, don’t make a big breakfast for me, I’m not that hungry this morning. I shouted back, neither am I. Would just a bowl of cereal be ok? She said, that will be fine and I would like a glass of tomato juice this morning also.



I poured us two glasses of tomato juice and filled up two small bowls of Wheaties, the so called “breakfast of champions” and called out to Miss Marie that breakfast was ready.

She came out right away and I told her that I made her Wheaties, “ the breakfast of champions” and that would give her all of the strength that she would need today to give Joan her final test. She laughed and said, I think that right after breakfast I’ll practice my swing with the razor strap as I haven’t used it in quite a while.

I then said, when will I learn to keep my big mouth shut? She laughed again.

We finished eating and then went and brushed our teeth and then left for work.



When we arrived at work and were on our way to our offices she told me that she would talk to Miss Stephanie about my idea of giving Joan chance to back out of the final test that’s required before they made the decision on whether to hire her or not. She then said that she would call me and let me know what they have decided.



A little before 8:00 o’clock there was a knock on my door, I thought that it might be david as he is usually here earlier than any of us. I said, come in david. No one came in, I said again come in david, again no one came in. I went to the door and opened it, standing there with a cup of coffee in her hand was Joan. I told her to come in and after she got inside I closed the door.

She said, good morning Mr. Michael, I didn’t know what to do or say when you said come in david so I just kind of froze and stood there hoping that you would either just say come in or who is it. she went on to say please forgive me, I’m sorry that I made you come to the door.

I told her what she did was ok, but it would have been ok and perhaps better to say, it’s Joan Mr. Michael.



I sat down and started to sip my coffee, as I was drinking my coffee I told Joan that when there was only david bringing the coffee the staff all knew that it was david at the door when there was a knock, as he was the only one required to knock and wait to be invited in. I went through this when I was being trained to the ways of the West Coast Operation. I had to knock and address the staff properly, the same as you have to do at the present time.



The fully fledged staff members don’t have to knock, except when wanting to speak with Miss Stephanie, and they call everyone by their first names. They in turn must be addressed as Miss or Mr. by david and tom, if he is hired. Jasmine will also be required to follow the same rules that david, tom or any one that is in training has to follow.

Now for the last time Joan I want to warn you that when and if, and my bet is on when, you become a fully fledged staff member you forget your friendship with Jasmine during her training period. You will not be doing Jasmine or yourself any favors by overlooking any infractions that she commits while being trained.

At that time you must act swiftly and correct her immediately and severely, this will make her conscious of the consequences of not following the rules.

I’m sure that Miss Marie will fill you in on all of this later. I ended with, by the way Joan, how does your bottom feel this morning? She replied that it feels just fine since Miss Helen and Miss Susie applied come kind of cream to it and Miss Marie also recommended that I slip an ice bag down the bottoms of my pajamas when I went to bed. All of this combined helped me feel that I didn’t get disciplined as severely as I did.



I then asked her if she could take more of what she went through today? She replied, if I had to, I could.

Miss Marie then told Joan to bring three coffees to her office. Joan left to get the coffee.

After she was gone Miss Marie said, let’s go into Miss Stephanie’s office where we could talk without being interrupted. We went into the office and I said good morning to Miss Stephanie, she said good morning back to me.

Miss Stephanie said that they were going to follow my suggestion and give Joan the final test today, and they would make her an offer that she would have a hard time refusing, especially when she was giving the option of walking away at any time during the paddling or the whipping with the razor strap with one year’s pay.



Miss Stephanie said, Michael you seem to have a lot of faith that Joan will pass the test, I answered, yes I do. She then went on to say that she and Miss Marie have a bet on what Joan will do.

Miss Stephanie said that if Joan decides to stay, I will get to give you a good spanking, and if she decides to take the money and leave, we both will give you a spanking that you won’t soon forget.

When we finished our coffee and Miss Marie was outside in the hall I asked her if the staff had their coffee? She said that she had david take over his normal duties ever since Joan brought them their coffee.



I left Miss Marie and said good luck, she said thanks but I think it’s Joan that needs the luck and she went back inside.

No sooner than I got back into my office I heard Miss Marie’s voice over the paging system, “Attention staff, Joan will no longer be doing david’s duties, david is back on call, thank you”.

I thought, poor Joan must now be thinking that she is not going to get the job after hearing what Miss Marie said over the paging system.

My phone rang, it was Helen, she said to come to her office, all of the staff was having a meeting, I said, I’ll be right there.

When I got there the whole staff was there and there was coffee for all there also. Helen then said, well this is the day that Joan is either going to be one of us or out looking for a job.

Susie said, I hope that she’s hired, after what she said when she was given the choice of being disciplined by all of us or taking six months pay and leaving made a believer of me. Peggy said me too, and I’m sure she was sincere. Debbie piped up and said, anybody that would take 80 whacks on the buttocks with the members of the staff using the implement of their choice must be sincere or a masochist.

Sherry then said, on top of all of that david was allowed to join along with the staff. I’m going to have a talk with david, I don’t want him to think that he has the same privileges as a fully fledged staff member.

Susie then jumped in and said, Sherry you keep your hands off david, if he needs correction of any kind, I’ll be the one to do it. Besides, he didn’t ask to be a part of it, and as long as he was, in case you didn’t notice her only spanked with his hand. david doesn’t want to hurt any of us and he has in the past at one time or another he had kept us out of trouble. Sherry then said, I’m sorry, I wasn’t thinking, you’re right Susie.

Susie then said, I think I’ll give him a little spanking anyway, I missed him, even if it was for only a couple of days.



Jane said, do you girls remember how tough we had it when Michael had to perform david’s duties? They all chimed in with, please don’t remind us. I started to say something when they all chimed in and said, oh shut up, you talk too much. Susie then said, drop them, Helen bring me your leather paddle please. I started to run for the door when they all grabbed and pulled me to the desk and forced me over it. Someone unbuckled my pants and pulled them down along with my underwear. I was only in my office for a few minutes when there was a knock on the door, it was david and I invited him in. He had a cup of coffee in his hand, I sent him back to get a cup of coffee for himself and to come and sit with me for a while if he wasn’t busy. He said, no Sir, i have time, i’ll be right back. He must have had the coffee ready as he was back before I could even take a sip of my coffee. I saw him at the door and told him to come in and sit down and drink his coffee with me.



We sat and talked about how I think Joan would come out today. I told him that I hope she passes the final test as I think she will be a great asset to our company, he agreed with me and he went on to say what a great pleasure it would be to serve her needs and help her in any want that he could.



I went on to say that I was concerned that Jasmine would try to take advantage of their friendship while she is being trained. He said, remember Mr. Michael, she will be taking orders from me during her training period and Miss Marie gave me the authority to discipline her whenever i think it’s necessary. I said, you doing Joan’s disciplining for her will do no good, Joan has to discipline Jasmine and rather severely I’m afraid in order to show Jasmine that we are a team, a family, “one for all and all for one” so to speak, we are all friends, but we do what we must for our company.



He said, you know that i will do all that i can to make sure that Miss Joan is not taking advantage of. I said, I know you will david, you are a real friend and team player. If there is anything that I can do to help, let me know.



The phone rang, it was Miss Marie, she told me to come to her office. I dismissed david and went to Miss Marie’s office. The door was closed and I opened it and walked in, the office was empty so I went and knocked on Miss Stephanie’s door, she said come in and I went in and shut the door behind me.



I saw Joan standing facing the corner with her arms folded behind her and she was nude from the waist down, her buttocks and the backs of her thighs from the knee up were as red as the sun and some black, blue and purple spots were starting to show. Miss Stephanie said, Michael, there standing before you is the new fully fledged staff member of our operation, thanks to you. Miss Marie will now call her Father and tell him what went on today and we will invite him to celebrate with us tonight at Angie’s restaurant. Miss Marie told you about the celebration that we had when Susie became a fully fledged staff member, the same celebration will take place with Joan sitting in the seat of honor.

We will keep Joan here with us until she calms down and then we will clean her up and take her to the conference room and make the announcement to the rest of the staff. Miss Marie will have david go out and get a cake right away and have coffee in the conference room in about a half hour.

Miss Marie came back into the office and said that all is arranged with her Father, he will meet us there at 6:00 o’clock.

Miss Marie said, you wouldn’t believe it Michael, we did all we could to get her to take the money we offered and she refused. She sobbed out that she would not take the money and she thanked me for giving her the opportunity to leave. Then she said, please continue Miss Marie. It was hard to understand her with all of the crying and sobbing.



I then helped her off of the table, hugged her and took her into Miss Stephanie’s office and we stood her in the corner as you saw her. We didn’t tell her that she passed the test with flying colors and I doubt if she understood when I introduced you to our newest fully fledged staff member.

Now Michael , Miss Stephanie decided to give you the honor of telling her that she is now one of us and you are to join us at the celebration tonight at Angie’s.



Miss Marie opened Miss Stephanie’s door and we went in. Miss Stephanie said, go release her from the corner, dry her eyes, then tell her to dress. I did as she said and by now she stopped sobbing heavily and her shoulders were no longer heaving but she was still crying softly.

I took her in my arms and asked her why she was still crying, was the pain still that excruciating? She said, yes Mr. Michael, my buttocks and the backs of my thighs are burning up. I still had her in my arms when I said, why are you addressing me as Mr. Michael? She said, you’re right, I’m sorry, I have no right to be familiar with you in any way now that I’m no longer a part of this company.

Joan got up and went to Miss Stephanie and got down on her knees and gave her the apology, then kissed her feet. Before Miss Stephanie told her that she should get up she asked who taught you that? Joan said, Mr. Michael ma’am. She looked at Miss Marie and Miss Marie said it’s a new way to say it that Michael thought of and I approved it, if you don’t like it I’ll change it back to the way it was. Miss Stephanie said, don’t like it, I love it, it’s about time somebody thought of changing it, then she told Joan that she may get up.

Finally Joan came over to me and knelt at my feet and gave me the apology, then kissed my feet, I thanked her and told her that she may get up.



Miss Marie then said to Joan, let’s go into my bathroom and get you cleaned up, you look like you’ve been crying, we all chuckled.



While they were in the bathroom Miss Marie told her the agenda for the rest of the day and the celebration dinner that’s planned for tonight. Miss Marie told her that she, Miss Stephanie, Michael, herself and her Father would be there, that’s total of five people.



Miss Marie told her that she should go home and get dressed for the dinner right after she introduces her to the rest of the staff as a fully fledged staff member. She told her that she is to be back here by 5:00 o’clock the latest and she had better not be late.

I went back to my office and waited to be called to report to the conference room.


Part 80


Finally the call came from Miss Marie over the pager, “Attention Staff, report to the conference room immediately, thank you”. By the time I got there most of the staff was already there. I went in as said, what’s going on? Does anyone know why we were told to be here?



Debbie said, it looks like bad news, I hope it’s not what I think it is. I asked her what she thought it was? She said, I think that Joan is not going to be part of our staff. I quipped, I hope you’re wrong, but if Miss Stephanie or Miss Marie felt that she wouldn’t fit in with us it’s better that we know now.



Besides, I had a bad feeling about that girl, I think we’re better off without her. I think she’s lazy and wouldn’t pull her own weight.

The rest of the staff all started to yell at me, they called me all kinds of names. Helen said, what has happened to you? You were her biggest supporter since she came here and now, all of a sudden she’s no good.

You make me so mad I could slap you silly. A few of the other girls had some pointed things to say to me also.

I said, the trouble with you women is that you think just because of the way she acted yesterday during her discipline session in this room she really was sincere about doing anything to work here, she should be in the movies, what an actress she turned out to be.



Susie started to say something when Miss Stephanie, Miss Marie and Joan walked it the room. Joan had her head down and looked sad. The room became silent, you could hear a pin drop. All of the staff’s faces had a sad look about them.



Miss Marie took Joan by the arm and had her stand in the middle of the room, she then told the staff to stand in a straight line facing Joan. Miss Marie told the staff to stand in line from left to right according to the way that they had their morning coffee brought to them. The staff members looked confused but did as they were directed to do. I got in line first, then Helen, then Susie and so forth. When we all got into the line, Miss Marie said, Michael get out of the line and stand next to Joan please. I did as she said.



Miss Marie then said, Helen, please step in front of Joan and face her. Helen stepped directly in front of Joan facing her and stood there in silence looking at the floor. Joan still had her eyes focused on the floor. The silence in the room was deafening.



Miss Mare waited in silence then said, Helen, I want to introduce you to fully fledged staff member Joan, Helen’s mouth fell open, she was speechless, then Miss Marie said, Joan, I want to introduce you to your fellow staff member Helen.



The rest of the staff started to clap and jump around, they all surrounded Joan and they hugged her and congratulated her. They stood there a good five minutes hugging Joan and weeping with joy.



Miss Marie then said, ok girls and man, sit at the table. When we did, david came entered the room from the kitchen with a pot of coffee and the cups. After he poured the coffee he then went back into the kitchen and came back with a cake and placed it on the table in front of Joan.



We all sang “for he’s a jolly good fellow” and then told Joan to read the writing on the cake our loud. The writing said, “Welcome Home Joan”, Joan started crying, we all clapped.

Joan tried to make a speech between her sobs and she said, I want to thank all of you for your support and for teaching me how a family is supposed to function. Thank all of you for the discipline that was necessary to help make me a better person. Susie spurted out, don’t worry Honey, I’ll stop by your office the first thing every morning with my paddle to make sure that you continue on your long journey in becoming a better person. We all laughed, that even made Joan laugh enough to stop her crying.



Miss Marie then asked david if he would like to serve the first piece of cake to our newest fully fledged staff member. He said, thank you Miss Marie for the honor.
