Part 86

It’s Friday morning 7am and Miss Marie and I were standing at my office door and we caught a glimpse of david with Jasmine following him into his office. Miss Marie said, I wonder what she is doing here so early? I said I have no idea, when I get david alone I’ll ask him if he told her to come in early as it’s her first full day taking over his duties.

At 7:45 there was a knock at my door and I said come in. david entered first and Jasmine followed him into my office. He said, good morning Mr. Michael and then she said, good morning Mr. Michael, how are you, she then said I brought you your morning coffee and she put the tray with the coffee on it in front of me, I thought this was unusual as when there was only one cup of coffee to be served the coffee was usually carried by hand and not on a tray.

I said, thank you to Jasmine and wished her luck. She then thanked me. I told her that she may leave my office, shut the door behind her and wait there quietly for david, he will be out in a few minutes. She replied, yes Sir, and she left.

I asked david if he told Jasmine to come in early? He said that he didn’t, she came in on her own because she wanted to be sure that she was clear on a few things. I said, like what? He said that she wanted to be sure that she had the proper order that the coffee should be brought to the staff in. He went on to say that he asked her what she thought the order was, and she repeated the order to me and she was correct.

i have hopes for that girl. She checked for messages as soon as we entered my office, there were none, she then went over and made the coffee without being told to do so or questioning how to make it or where the coffee was, her memory is very good and so far she has followed instructions without questioning why we do things the way we do around here. He then said i think she is serious about wanting to be part of our team, but of course time will tell just how serious she is.

I thanked him and said, you’re right david, time will tell. Personally I hope she makes it as I believe that she will be a benefit to our company. Then I told him that he may leave and take care of the new girl, and we both smiled.

At 11:00 o’clock there was a knock on my door, and when I said come in, david came in with two coffees and he said, i hope you don’t mind Mr. Michael that i brought a coffee for myself along with yours. I said, of course not david I know you must have had a good reason to do so without my permission. He said that he wanted to fill me in on how Jasmine’s training is progressing so far.

He said that he had requested the staff to leave their doors open today as it’s Jasmine’s first day doing his duties and he wanted to observe her, he said that they all agreed to do so.

david went on to say that things went without a hitch, that is until we got to last staff member in lines office, that of course was Miss Joan’s office. The first thing Jasmine did when she saw Miss Joan was to walk into her office without knocking and she said to Miss Joan, Joan, how happy I am to see you, I tried calling you last night but there was no answer at your house.

Miss Joan went over to Jasmine and slapped her face, once on each side and said, go outside and come in again. Jasmine was so startled that she didn’t know what to do, Miss Joan slapped her face again and Jasmine just stood there dumbfounded, Miss Joan slapped the other side of her face and said, wake up and go outside and try to come in properly.

Jasmine finally went outside the door and she looked as if she didn’t know what to do, but after a minute or so she knocked and waited for Miss Joan to invite her in.

When she went into Miss Joan’s office, Miss Joan said, that’s much better, now that wasn’t hard, was it? Then Miss Joan asked her if i told her where all of the disciplining implements were kept in our offices, Jasmine said, yes he said they were in the same place in every office.

Miss Joan then told Jasmine to place the armless chair in the middle of her office, when Miss Joan told her to do that i thought she is in for it now, but it will do her good to be disciplined by Miss Joan before any of the rest of the staff.

When she placed the chair in the middle of Miss Joan’s office, Miss Joan told her to go to her desk and bring her the 18 inch wooden ruler. Jasmine followed her instructions and she went back to Miss Joan holding the ruler in her hand, Miss Joan told her to hand her the ruler and then lift her skirt high and lower her panties.

Jasmine hesitated again and Miss Joan slapped her again, then Jasmine immediately raised her skirt, almost over her head she lifted it so high and lowered her panties.

Miss Joan then told Jasmine to lay across her lap, Jasmine said, oh no Joan you’re not going to spank me, are you? david said, i could see that Miss Joan had it by then and she yelled, get over my lap NOW.

He went on to say that he got back to his office before Jasmine arrived, she had tears in her eyes and when he asked her why she was crying she told me. i then told her to raise her skirt and lower her panties as i wanted to inspect her buttocks. david went on to say that he reminded her, but didn’t discipline her for forgetting that she was required to tell anyone that she met that she was disciplined by Miss Joan or for that matter anyone that disciplined her whether she was asked or not. She was to volunteer the information as to who disciplined her, why she was disciplined, where she was disciplined and how she was disciplined. This rule was put in place in the hope that the person that was disciplined would remember not to commit the same offense. This was required only on the day the discipline took place.

I thanked david for keeping me informed and then I said it’s almost lunch time, why don’t you leave Jasmine alone in your office to have her lunch and think about what she did. You come in here and we’ll have lunch together. He said that’s a good idea Mr. Michael, I then told him that he may leave and I will leave my office door open for him.

david came back with two coffees and we sat down and had our lunch together, we talked about how we felt that having Joan as part of the team would really benefit the company and how proud of her we were that she didn’t hesitate to take Jasmine to task for breaking the rules. She was helping Jasmine more than Jasmine realizes, but she will thank her if she becomes part of our staff. We just hoped that she had the stamina to withstand the training period, and then the final test with Miss Stephanie and Miss Marie, that is if it goes that far.

Lunch time was over and david asked me if I would wait about ten minutes, then call and tell Jasmine to bring him coffee as he wanted to see if she would tell me that she was disciplined by Miss Joan this morning. I told him that I would be happy to do that, not only for you but for her as well. We’ll find out if she retained the information that the rules required a person that was disciplined to divulge that to anyone that she met during the day that they were disciplined, it will I’m sure embarrass her, but at the same time it will help her.

Ten minutes after david left my office I called Jasmine and told her to bring me coffee, I purposely left the door open to see if she would knock. I saw her coming down the hall with a cup of coffee on a tray and when she got to my door, she stopped and knocked, I just looked at her and she stood there, after having her wait for a few seconds I told her to come in, she did and said, here’s your coffee Mr. Michael, it’s fresh I just made it before you called. I said, thank you Jasmine, I then told her that when she was bringing a single cup of coffee to someone she didn’t have to put it on a tray, she could carry it if she wished.

She thanked me for the information and then after looking at me for a couple of seconds without saying anything she lowered her eyes and said, Mr. Michael I was disciplined this morning by Miss Joan in her office for not knocking and just walking into her office. She made me raise my skirt and lower my panties and she had me lay across her lap and she spanked me with an 18 inch wooden ruler that she had me get from her desk draw. When she was done and she gave me permission to get off her lap she allowed me to cover up and then ordered me to report to her office at 3:00 o’clock sharp as she wasn’t finished with me yet, then she said, you may leave.

She really told me more than I would have required but that was a good sign and I didn’t want her to know that she didn’t have to volunteer each and every word that was spoken. I’m sure when she’s done with me I won’t soon forget my manners and I appreciate her helping me to remember them. I hold no ill will towards her. We have been friends for many years and I know that she nor I would do anything to hurt the other in any way unless it’s for their own good. I am determined now even more than I was before to become a fully fledged staff member and a respected part of this team.

My phone rang, it was david, he said that Joan wanted coffee and if I was done with Jasmine would I please give her permission to leave. I told him that I would and then told him to come to my office when he had a chance.

I then gave Jasmine permission to leave, she thanked me and she asked if I wanted the door left open or closed. I thought she is a fast learner, I said, please leave it open and she left.

A short time later david knocked on my door and I had him come in. I told him all that transpired during Jasmine’s visit with me. He felt the same as I about her really wanting to join us, we were both happy about it.

I gave him permission to leave and wait for Jasmine to come back from Joan’s office to see what happened, if anything when she brought her coffee.

david called me a short time later and said that he asked Jasmine if all went well when she brought Miss Joan her coffee. He told me that she said, Mr. david, Miss Joan couldn’t be sweeter but right before she gave me permission to leave she reminded me to report to her office at 3:00 o’clock sharp, then she told me that I may leave.

david said he told Jasmine that no matter who disciplines her they will not carry a grudge, he told her that Miss Joan disciplined her for the offense that she committed and that was the end of that, you said you were sorry and she forgave you. I can’t drill it into your head hard enough that discipline is to help not hurt someone. It is given out of love, not hate, it is given to make you a better person and a more valuable employee.

He told me that Jasmine said, I realize now that I had committed more than one offense and Miss Joan disciplined me for not knocking on her door and waiting to be invited in and I can think of one more offense that I now believe was more egregious, but I had rather not speculate if it’s ok with you Mr. david.

david told her that he would allow her to keep it to herself as she would know after three o’clock if she was correct and she would be required to tell him all that transpired in Miss Joan’s office.

Part 87

I sat in my office trying to get some work done but I had a hard time concentrating as I was wondering just what Joan was going to do with Jasmine. At three o’clock I called david and asked him if he thought it would be ok to tell Jasmine to bring me coffee right after she got back to his office and tells him what transpired in Joan’s office. I told him that I would like to hear what happened from her own lips as she had a tendency to not leave anything out, and in this case I would rather hear it from her directly as it would add to her embarrassment and help her in the future

david told me that it was ok with him but he already had a call from Helen, she told me that all of the rest of the staff members were having a meeting in her office and she told him that they would like him have Jasmine bring coffee to them in Helen’s office. He went on to say that he was sure that somehow they heard that Miss Joan ordered her to report to her office at three o’clock sharp and you know how they are.

I told david that I won’t answer the phone, that way Helen can’t ask me to come to her office.

david suggested that I lounge around his office and when he sees Jasmine going into his office stop her and tell her that you want a cup of coffee brought to you in your office. She will be obliged to tell you what happened in Miss Joan’s office and if she doesn’t tell you i will take a strap to her. I said , great idea david, this way I won’t get into any trouble with the rest of the staff. If they find out what we’re up to the both of us would be across their laps.

I did as david suggested and waited in my office until I saw Jasmine nearing david’s office. I called her and she came over to me and while still in the hall I told her that I wanted a cup of coffee.

She then said, Mr. Michael, as you know Miss Joan ordered me to report to her office at three o’clock sharp. I said, oh yeah, I forgot all about it, what happened?

Jasmine said that at three o’clock she knocked on Miss Joan’s door and there was no answer, she said that on the third knock Miss Joan invited her in. She said when she went into Miss Joan’s office she asked Miss Joan if she wanted the door closed and Miss Joan told her to leave the door open.

Jasmine said that Miss Joan just stared at her and said nothing for a while and Jasmine said she knew that she shouldn’t speak unless Miss Joan asked her a question, or she asked for permission to speak, Jasmine said that she thought it would be better to keep her mouth shut.

Jasmine said that Miss Joan asked her if she knew why she was there? Jasmine said that I think I have a pretty good idea why. Miss Joan asked her why then are you here? Jasmine said that she told Miss Joan that she was there to be disciplined by her. Miss Joan then said, very good Jasmine, now why do you think that I’m going to discipline you?

Jasmine said that she told Miss Joan that she didn’t address her properly and she deserved to be disciplined to help her remember not to make the same mistake again. She went on to say that Miss Joan said that she was proud of her admitting her offense but the offense was repeated a few times and it called for severe discipline.

Jasmine said that she requested permission to speak and Miss Joan granted it. She told Miss Joan that she was so used to addressing her as just Joan all of these years and she didn’t give it a second thought that during training there was an appropriate way to address all staff members, including david. Then she said, I added that I addressed everyone that I came into contact with today appropriately and properly and that makes the offense worse, and if I’m not dealt with severely I will never forgive myself for taking advantage of you Miss Joan and I’m afraid that I may repeat the offense and it will ruin my chances of ever becoming a fully fledged staff member with this company and you know how we used to talk about working here.

Jasmine then said that she thanked Miss Joan for allowing her to speak. Miss Joan said, Jasmine you are quite correct in everything that you said and I and the rest of the staff also, will guide you on the right path. We all love you now but we will all love you even more when, and please note Jasmine I said when, not if as I know you will do your best to become a member of this fine team. Besides, who is going to help bring tom around to our way of thinking? Jasmine said that Miss Joan smiled at her then said it’s time now Jasmine.

Please go to my closet and bring me the heavy strap. Jasmine said that she went and brought the strap back and held it out for Miss Joan and she said that Miss Joan told her to hold it and feel it and think about why it was going to be used on her. Jasmine said she held the strap and felt the thickness of it and the pliability of it for a heavy strap. Jasmine said she didn’t think a strap that heavy would be as pliable as that one was.

Jasmine said that Miss Joan then took the strap from her and told her to raise her skirt and lower her panties, Jasmine said when I did that Miss Joan had me lay across her desk and hold onto the other side. Miss Joan then went around the desk and opened the top draw and took out two safety pins, then she came around in back of me again. Miss Joan then told me that after every lash of the strap I was to address every staff member including david properly. Miss Joan then asked me if I understood clearly what she meant? I told Miss Joan that I did. Miss Joan then told me to practice and she told me to make sure that I do them in the order that I bring them coffee Jasmine then said that she went on to say Mr. Michael, Miss Stephanie, Miss Marie, Miss Helen, Miss Susie, Miss Peggy, Miss Jane, Miss Sherry, Miss Debbie, Miss Joan, Mr.david.

Miss Joan then asked her if she was ready or did she want to just leave and go home? Jasmine said that she told Miss Joan that she was ready and I will NOT go home.

Miss Joan then raised the strap and whipped my buttocks, I never felt pain like that but I remembered to say Mr. Michael, right after I said that she whipped my buttocks again and it stung like mad, I said, Miss Stephanie, then she whipped me again, I said, Miss Marie, then again and again until I addressed all of the 11 members of the staff properly and in order.

Jasmine said that Miss Joan told her that she did well and that she would start again and she told me to make sure I addressed them as before and in the same order. Miss Joan waited a couple of minutes before she said to me, ready Jasmine, I replied, yes ma’am.

Miss Joan started to whip me again and I addressed the staff properly and in order again, my buttocks were burning up but I didn’t cry or move around too much, not enough to hinder her strapping me.

Miss Joan again said how proud of me she was and let me rest for a couple of minutes before she said, it’s time to begin again Jasmine, are you ready? I said yes Miss Joan, I’m ready. Miss Joan then said recite the proper way to address the staff again and in the proper order.

Miss Joan then whipped me what I think was even harder than the other times that she whipped my buttocks I repeated the staff properly and in order but I had to think about the order as my buttocks were very sore and all I could think about was when would it be over.

Jasmine told me that although her buttocks were hurting her badly she was determined not to cry or quit, no matter what. Miss Joan then asked me if I was ready to go another round, I told Miss Joan that I was and she said, then let’s do it.

Miss Joan then started to whip me again on the buttocks, they were the hardest lashes yet, then for some reason I thought I’m glad the she is not whipping the backs of my thighs and I almost forgot to address the staff’s names in the proper order, at one point I forgot Mr. david but I remembered it before Miss Joan said anything.

Then Jasmine said that she did very well so far and she was going to strap her only six more times to make it an even fifty lashes with the heavy strap. Jasmine said that Miss Joan told her that these lashes will probably feel like she is whipping her harder than she did when she applied the other 44 lashes. But she said that Miss Joan said it was only because her buttocks were burning so much that it will feel as though the lashes were harder. She said that Miss Joan didn’t require her to say anything while she was whipping her.

Jasmine said that she couldn’t help but cry a little when Miss Joan applied the last six lashes it hurt so much. Jasmine said that Miss Joan told her to lay there for a few minutes, but she was not allowed to rub or touch her buttocks until she was in the privacy of her office.

Jasmine said that Mr. david explained that to her yesterday, Miss Joan then told her that david was a jewel and most precious to us all.

Jasmine then said that Miss Joan unpinned her skirt, told her to get up and pull up her panties and lower her skirt, she went on to say that when she did that Miss Joan handed her the strap and told her to put it back in the closet. She said that after she put the strap away she went and stood in front of Miss Joan and told her that she was sorry that she broke the rules, she thanked Miss Joan for disciplining her and for helping her become a better person, she said that she went on and told Miss Joan that she deserved it and she will never again forget to address the staff or anyone that the staff requires her to address properly

After she apologized and Miss Joan accepted her apology, Miss Joan then told her that she may leave

I said, alright Jasmine raise your skirt and lower your panties, I want to inspect your buttocks. I knew we were out in the hall but that made no difference, when you’re told to do something like that, you obey, no questions asked.

She did as I ordered her to do and when I checked her buttocks, I thought WOW! Joan wasn’t fooling around, she’s determined to make sure that Jasmine would be an asset to this company if she made it.

I told her to go back to david’s office and rub her behind as I know what it feels like right now, it will help when you rub the sting out a little bit. Then I said, you may leave Jasmine, behave yourself and do what you’re told without question.

The phone was ringing in my office, it was Helen, she said where were you I’ve been trying to call you to come to my office we’re having a staff meeting, it will start as soon as Jasmine brings us coffee.

I said, I was talking to Jasmine in the hall for a while and didn’t hear the phone. She asked me what we were talking about and I told her. Helen said that’s what the meeting is all about, you know we are all curious to see what kind of job Joan is capable of doing.

I said, do you really want me there, after all I already heard the whole story and checked her buttocks. Helen said, what do you know about checking buttocks, you have been on the receiving end for most of the time you were here, now I think as a fully fledged staff member you belong here, We are a team. I said, yes ma’am I’ll be right there and I went to her office, all of the rest of the staff was there except david, david I’m sure is checking her buttocks right now and he’ll wait until the staff is done with her to hear her story. That will make it at least three times that she will have to tell what happened in Joan’s office.

It wasn’t long before we saw Jasmine at the door with a tray full of coffee and Debbie telling her to come in. When she came in she stood there with the tray of coffee, not knowing for a second what to do with it. Helen finally told her to put the tray of coffee on the table and we would help ourselves. We all went over and took a cup and the staff all looked at Jasmine when Jasmine said to Helen, Miss Helen may I have your permission to speak, I’m sure she asked Helen for permission as it was her office.

Helen said, of course dear, you may speak. Jasmine then started to tell the staff about the session that Miss Joan had with her and she said that was the second session today.

She went on and told the staff in detail what happened in both sessions. When finally she was told by Helen to raise her skirt and lower her panties the staff stood there in silence when they saw her buttocks. Not even Susie made a remark. Helen then told Jasmine that she may pull up her panties and lower her skirt. Helen thanked Jasmine and told her that she may leave.

Jasmine wasn’t done yet for the day as she still had to tell david all about her experience with Joan.

Finally the day came to an end and Miss Marie was there to take me to Angie’s restaurant for some skill training on how to wait on tables. On the way there I asked her if she knew about Joan and Jasmine. Miss Marie said, of course and I’m told that she took it like a trooper, it’s a good thing that this happened on her first day doing david’s duties and that it was Joan that had to discipline her.

I’m sure now that Jasmine will not try to take advantage of hers and Joan’s friendship and from what else I heard she has a very good chance of becoming a fully fledged staff member, she sounds as determined as Joan was, but I want her to stay in training for at least next week.

Miss Marie said that she called david and told him to put some cream on her buttocks and tell her to put an ice bag in her pajama bottoms when she goes to bed. Miss Marie said that she was not going to do that as she wanted Jasmine to suffer for the weekend, but she took the discipline so well that I had a change of heart.

When we got to Angie’s she said have a drink, I’ll call you when I’m ready for you, so Miss Marie and I went to the bar and had a drink, we just about finished our drinks when Angie came in and said, let’s go we’ll be busy in a short time, Miss Marie said I’ll come by at ten to get you, behave yourself as tonight you belong to Angie.

Angie said don’t worry Emma will be his teacher tonight, I thought, she was very nice to me the other night when she taught me how to set up a table.

The first thing Emma said to me was are you hungry? I told her that I hadn’t eaten yet. She made me a plate of spaghetti and told me to sit down and eat it, I ate as fast as I could as I could see people were coming into the restaurant.

I was waiting on the tables and most of the time Emma was at my side guiding me, I thought this is a piece of cake. Then just when the restaurant had mostly cleared out a party of four very pretty women came in and Angie seated them and she stood there talking to them, I couldn’t hear what they were saying and I didn’t care as I was getting tired and I wanted to go home, have a few drinks, shoot the breeze with Miss Marie and maybe plan for a nice weekend.

Emma told me they were four women that belonged to a club that raised money for charity and they met twice a week, they came here to eat after the meeting ended, Emma pointed out the President of the club, she was the best looking one with the best figure. These women I would guess were in the early to mid forties and well dressed, the way that they were dressed I figured that they had money.

I went over and gave them the menus, the President of their club said, you’re new here aren’t you? I said I’m only temporary, Angie needed extra help tonight, then I said I’ll give you some time to check the menu, I’ll be over there when you’re ready for me.

They took their time drinking their drinks and the one that asked me if I was new waved for me to come to their table, She was the big deal in the club. I went over to their table and started to take their orders, the woman that called me over told the others to order first as she didn’t quite make up her mind yet.

After taking the other three orders, I turned to the President of their club to take her order and as I turned the menu that I had under my arm slipped out and knocked over a glass of water and it spilled on her dress. She let out a yell and Emma and Angie came over to see what happened.

The President of the club said he spilled water all over my dress. Angie said, I’m very sorry but it’s a good thing that it’s only water. But that doesn’t excuse the fact that he was careless. Emma told the woman that she and the woman could handle this after their dinner and before they left.

The President of their club said that’s agreeable, no real harm done as Angie pointed out ,it’s only water, but you’re right Emma when you say that there was no excuse and I’ll be happy to come in the back room after we’re done here for the evening and see what you have in mind to correct this situation.

The restaurant emptied out and I saw Miss Marie come in and talk to Angie. I don’t know what Angie said to Miss Marie but Miss Marie went to the bar, I assumed to wait for me there.

When the women finished eating they ordered more drinks and after they drank them they started laughing, they were having a good time. They ordered a second round and laughed some more, then a third round.

I wished that they would stop drinking and go home.

Finally they stopped drinking and called Emma over and they talked for a couple of minutes, then Emma went into the bar and called Miss Marie to come over to the table. I was wondering what was going on.

When Miss Marie came over to the table she looked at the President and said, Melissa, I haven’t seen you in a long time, how are you. The women got up and gave Miss Marie a hug and said, how are you, are you so busy that you don’t have time to call an old friend and what are you doing here?

Miss Marie told her that she came to pick me up, she said Stephanie wants him to learn how to wait on tables for her own personal reasons. Melissa said, he sure needs a lot of training, he spilled water on me earlier and Emma said that she and I would handle it. But now that I know who he is I’ll forget about it.

Miss Marie said, what do you mean, you’ll forget about it? Forgetting about it will teach him nothing, he will just make the same mistake again and again until he learns. Melissa said, well if it’s ok with you I’ll see what Emma has in mind. Emma then told us all to follow her into the back room. The seven of us went into the back room and there I saw the six female servers and Angie. The only male in the back room was me.

Emma put an armless chair in the middle of the room and told Melissa to sit down on it, after Melissa sat down she handed her a paddle, Emma said this was a breadboard and they made it into an oblong paddle.

Emma then told me to drop my pants and underwear then lay across Melissa’s lap. I looked at Miss Marie for help of some kind and didn’t do as I was told right away.

Emma then said, you’ve just added to your offense Michael, now are you going to do as you were told to do? Miss Marie said, that makes 12 of the best, I would have come to the same conclusion.

Emma started to cane me and the only sound that you could hear in the room was swish and then a thump, swish and then a thump. I told you that you are now on the fast track in the skill training department, you don’t have to be an expert in these things as you have plenty of time to learn them after Miss Stephanie decides that you know enough for the time being. Now you had better get to bed and get some rest, you must be tired. I said I am and then said goodnight, I love you, she said the same thing to me. It was getting to be a regular thing saying goodnight, I love you before going to bed, It was the same as I used to say to my Mother and Sister before I went out or before I went to bed.

Part 88

When I woke up this morning I thought this was supposed to be the day I got to rest. My backside knew that it was disciplined last night but it was no big deal, it felt fine.

I was wondering what was in store for me today at the Beauty Salon where Miss Marie had an appointment to have a pedicure.

I figured, what’s the use of wondering or worrying as my philosophy since Miss Stephanie and Miss Marie paddled and strapped me in Miss Marie’s office changed. I used to worry about stupid things, like will it rain tomorrow and I won’t be able to get a round of golf in? Will I be able to pick up a girl at the club on Saturday night?

I no longer think about those material things. My thoughts now are, make sure that you never let your team or company down. Be true to the love of my life Miss Stephanie. Always obey her, Miss Marie and anyone that they designate to be in charge of me. These are now my goals and I fully appreciate what the whole staff, including david went through to make me a better person, I also appreciate what strangers such as Jasmine, Angie and Emma did to help me along.

While eating our breakfast Miss Marie said, Michael I don’t want to scare you but I do want you to know what you will be walking into today. Miss Phyllis has the busiest Salon in the city and she and her staff are the best in the city. Phyllis has nine chairs and three manicure and pedicure stations, she has two male hair stylists, the rest of a staff of twelve are young, but experienced females.

Saturday is her busiest day and she doesn’t have time to fool around with you, but out of friendship and some favors that Miss Stephanie and myself has done for her she agreed to take the time to teach you how to give a pedicure.

Now I want to warn you to do the best job that you can while she is showing you how to give a pedicure. The reason that I say I want to warn you is because when both Miss Stephanie and I were in her Salon waiting for a pedicure, one of her male hair stylist was coloring a clients hair, when he finished, the client wasn’t very happy with the job he did and she complained to Phyllis.

Phyllis took one look at the clients hair and then called a bunch of us over and said, what do you think of this coloring job that Rene did? We all said that we wouldn’t be very happy with it.

Phyllis then went into the back room and when she came out she had a strap in her hand. She told Rene to strip off his pants and underwear, he was wearing black women’s panties with lace around the top and around the leg openings, I dare say, they were rather attractive, but I digress.

Phyllis had Rene bend over the stool that the pedicurist sits on and she started to strap him as hard as anyone that I ever seen strapped. She then made an appointment with the client for two weeks from the day as she said the coloring job that Rene did would mostly be gone and that she would work on the woman personally. Phyllis then told her client that she could strap him before she did her hair, then again after she finished with her hair.

Phyllis told the client the first strapping would be to discipline him for the poor job that he did on her, and the second strapping is to remind him of what a proper hair coloring job looks like.

The client said, that is an excellent idea, I will do that, then she said, I’ll see you in two weeks and she left.

To have Phyllis serve you personally is a great honor as she is the best in the business and only works on a few clients herself, Miss Stephanie and I are two of them.

Michael, I must say that bringing you to Phyllis to learn how to give a pedicure was not my idea, I wanted to take you to another Salon that we frequent to learn how to give a pedicure. Miss Stephanie insisted that I bring you to Phyllis, she told me that she wanted you to learn from the best. If I were you Michael I would do more than my best as you would not only have to deal with Phyllis but with Miss Stephanie also.

I told Miss Marie I would do my very best to please Phyllis and make Miss Stephanie and you proud of me, then we left to go to the Salon.

When we got to the Salon it was packed with women waiting to be serviced and the nine chairs and three pedicure stations were full. Miss Marie introduced me to Phyllis, Phyllis told me to take a seat and she would have me give the next woman in line her pedicure. She told me that she already told the next client waiting for a pedicure that Harriet, one of the women that gives pedicures would assist me and guide me along.

Miss Marie said that she was next in line for her pedicure but she didn’t want me to give it to her as she didn’t think that she could be objective. She told me that after she had her pedicure she would go back to the apartment and wait for Phyllis to call her to come and get you, she said good luck and behave yourself Michael, make miss Stephanie and I proud of you.

Harriet’s next client was a beautiful young woman in her early twenties, she had beautiful legs and feet, I couldn’t believe myself, here I was admiring a woman’s feet.

Harriet got me started and after I did all of the preliminaries, I then took both of her feet in my hands and massaged them very gently at first then I increased the pressure a bit, the woman sat back in the chair and I, and I’m sure Harriet heard her softly moan.

I told her that I was temporary and would not be here next week. She took out a Fifty Dollar bill and handed it to me and said, thank you so much and would you consider taking on personal accounts. I told her that I was sorry but that this was a onetime thing.

Harriet just sat there and didn’t say a word. I gave the Fifty to Harriet, she told me to keep it. I insisted that she takes all of the tips that I may get as she was the teacher and I the student. She said, Michael, you taught me a few things today, now let’s take our next appointment.

Harriet went over to the next woman and told her that I was ready for her. She was a woman in her mid to late forties, a little plump but a good figure. She sat down and I said, my name is Michael, how are you today?

She said that her name was Clarissa and she saw the way I worked on the last client and she hoped that I would do the same to make her feet feel better. I said, I’ll do my best Clarissa and again after I did the preliminaries on her feet I did the same thing to her feet that I did on the last clients feet, and I got the same results. She left me two Twenty Dollar bills, I thanked her and said goodbye. I thought to myself, I must be slipping, only a Forty Dollar tip. I also gave that tip to Harriet.

Harriet told me to take a ten minute break and she went over and took Phyllis aside and was talking to her as I was going into the break room for a cup of coffee. I was wondering what they were talking about, I hoped that I didn’t do anything wrong as after what Miss Marie told me about what happened to Rene the last thing I wanted to happen was to be disciplined as harshly as Rene was and in front of all of these women.

Phyllis came over and said to me, this is your next client Michael, the woman said, Michael how nice to see you again so soon. I looked up it was Melissa, the woman that spanked me last night in Angie’s restaurant. I said hello to her and that it was nice seeing her again.

As Melissa sat down Phyllis told Harriet to take a break as she would observe me giving Melissa her pedicure personally. I took her shoes off and placed them behind me and did the preliminaries and then did exactly the same thing that I did to the previous clients. I had hoped I was doing the right thing as Phyllis was watching me like a hawk and I didn’t trust Melissa. I was waiting for her to make a complaint about my work, but she didn’t say anything, she sat back and looked very content. She went on to say that she didn’t know why I gave all of the tips to Harriet when he was the one that satisfied the clients.

Miss Marie said, that’s our Michael, he’s a team player. Phyllis then asked Miss Marie if she could borrow me for two more pedicures tomorrow. She told Miss Marie that she has a client that she is ready to ban from her Salon as she does nothing but complain and she does it loudly in front of my other clients and if Michael can satisfy her like he did with every one of the other clients, and by the way he also did Melissa’s pedicure, I will then tell her never to come back with that attitude that she has shown around here in the past and if she does I will ban her for life.

Miss Marie said, Michael did Melissa’s pedicure and she was happy with it? Did you know that she spanked him last night for spilling water on her dress while he was learning how to wait on tables. Phyllis said, not only was she happy with the pedicure, she gave him a Hundred Dollar tip. Miss Marie said, wait until I tell Miss Stephanie.

Phyllis chimed in with, who is this david, can I try him out? Miss Marie said, that’s up to him, but I doubt if he would consent to servicing strangers feet, he is part of our team and in the near future he will have ten of us that will keep him busy, we don’t want to wear him out.

Miss Marie said, I’m going to let you borrow Michael tomorrow for just the two of you. I’ll drop him off at ten and pick him up at around noon, would that be enough time to satisfy your purposes? Phyllis said that will be plenty of time and when you come to pick him up we’ll have lunch here and then I’ll do your hair, ok?

Miss Marie said, that sounds good, but there is one more string attached. Phyllis asked what it was?

Miss Marie said, you or anyone else cannot discipline him for doing a poor job. He served the amount of time that was required and it wouldn’t be right to discipline him tomorrow, that would be double jeopardy, he’s already been tried. They both laughed and Phyllis said after watching him bring off Miss Irondrawers, he must be good. I agree he will not be disciplined by anyone here.

When we got home Miss Marie called Miss Stephanie and told her what had happened at the Salon. When they got done talking Miss Marie took me and hugged me and then gave me a big kiss on the lips and then said, Miss Stephanie said she is very proud of you and she told me to give you a big hug and a big kiss and she said that she will do the same Monday. She also said that she wants to think about possibly giving you a good spanking for making Miss Irondrawers have an orgasm. We laughed, them Miss Marie said that she made us dinner.

After we finished dinner I made us drinks and went into the living room, sat down and while drinking out drinks she told me to tell her all about my day and especially how Miss Irondrawers acted.

It’s now Sunday and we’re on our way to Phyllis’s Salon to give an unruly client and Phyllis a pedicure. I was hoping that I would do as good a job as I did yesterday.

When we got there Phyllis said we have some time before Miss Painintheneck comes in for her pedicure so why don’t we have a cup of coffee while we wait for her. We then went into the break room and drank our coffee and Phyllis said to Miss Marie, last night you told me that you had someone named david working for you that gives better foot massages and pedicures than Michael, is that true or were you teasing me?

Miss Marie told Phyllis that’s it’s true, david is in demand at our office. Phyllis then said, I know that you will not give me Michael but how about giving me david? It’s not fair that you have two experts under one roof. Both Miss Marie and Phyllis laughed. Miss Marie said, we have to keep Michael around in case something happens to david, Michael is his backup and they laughed again. Phyllis said I know what you mean, Rene is the best in the business but he screws up every so often, I think he does it purposely to get my attention. Even though he’s severely disciplined by me or one of the other girls on my staff, after a short time he will commit the same offense or a similar one.

Miss Marie said that’s normal for a person that loves their job, their work, their team mates and their boss. david does the same thing and we reward him appropriately. We usually know when david needs attention, he makes stupid mistakes that are obviously made on purpose, we then scold him and mildly discipline him, most of the time when he does that we give him a not to severe spanking, just hard enough so he knows that we love him.

When he screws up badly we severely discipline him to help him remember not to commit the same infraction, and to make him a better person and a more valuable employee.

Phyllis then said to Miss Marie, I never thought of that, I or one or more of the staff always severely disciplined him, regardless of the seriousness of his offense. Phyllis asked Miss Marie if she thought that the discipline that she witnessed that she applied to Rene when he did a poor hair coloring job on his Client was too severe?

Miss Marie said it’s not up to me to be the judge of how severe you discipline your employees. Phyllis then asked Miss Marie what she would have done if she were in her shoes at that time. Miss Marie said, do you really want to know? Phyllis said yes, I will have no hard feelings, just tell me the truth.

Miss Marie told Phyllis that she would have had the client give him a good bare bottomed spanking with the implement of her choice in front of all that were in the Salon at the time, then I would make in stand in the corner with his bottoms still bared and his arms folded behind his back for the same amount of time that he took doing a poor coloring job on his client. This will embarrass him and while he’s standing in the corner he will think of what he did that got him there in the first place. Rene is used to being disciplined and when it’s over he just goes back to his station and continues to work.

Miss Marie asked Phyllis if she really thought that Rene was capable of doing such shoddy work on a client? Phyllis replied with a no, but I’m beginning to see the light. Rene is too good of a hair stylist to do a coloring job as poorly as he did that day. She then thanked Miss Marie and asked her what she thought that she should do when Rene screws up.

Miss Marie then told Phyllis that embarrassing him as she suggested would not cure Rene of his need for attention, but he would not do anything that reflects on his job as a Master hair stylist as he is too proud of his work.

Phyllis said, if he is so proud of his work why did he do that lousy coloring job? Miss Marie said, did you notice that what Rene did would not cause any damage to the woman’s hair, the job he did on her hair was as good a job that most hair stylists in the city would have done, it was a lousy coloring job for him but no one other than your clients would have known it. He didn’t want to hurt the client, he wanted attention.

Miss Marie then asked Phyllis if she still wanted her advice? Phyllis said, more now than ever.

Miss Marie told Phyllis to find little things that he does to discipline him, and discipline him accordingly. If he screws up big time he must be dealt with severely and instantly. If it’s a little thing, that means that he’s looking for and needs attention, that’s when embarrassment and mild discipline comes into play. Make him feel like a naughty little boy that disobeyed. Use the rest of your female staff to dole out discipline on their own when it’s called for, don’t make them wait until you tell them to discipline him, or you let them do it. Just make sure that they never go too far when disciplining him, the punishment should fit the crime, so to speak. The discipline should be given with love, not hate, it’s to make a better person of him and a more valuable employee, and she added, this goes for the female staff also. No one is exempt from discipline.

Phyllis asked Miss Marie what she considered was “a little thing” when it comes to disciplining him? Miss Marie told her that she and her female staff should be creative and think of things. She said, for instance, a comb is in the wrong place or his break was too long, or his clothing is in disarray, he needs a shave, any small thing that they could give him a mild spanking for. These spankings could be done in private or in front of the staff, but not in front of outside witnesses. If he or anyone commits a serious offense that involves a client in some way then they should be disciplined severely in front of just the damaged client or if you choose to, in front of any one in the Salon at the time. And last but not least, discipline must always be administered on bare buttocks and the one being disciplined must remove or lower their clothes immediately after being told to do so by the disciplinarian at the moment and clothing should not be raised again until permission is granted to do so. Once the decision is made to discipline, the person that is to be disciplined is under the full control of the disciplinarian, they are not to do anything without being told what to do, and when they are told what to do they must do it immediately, or the discipline should be more severe. The backs of the thighs from the knees up to the top of the buttocks are fair game, but it’s not required to strike the thighs.

Miss Marie said, at the moment I can’t think of anything else, then she said, wait there is one more thing for you and you alone at this time Phyllis, you should tell Rene that from now on you will discipline him any time, any place, any way, anyhow, and whenever she pleases, then tell him to drop his pants and underwear, then sit down and tell him to lay across you lap, he should do this immediately, then give him a hard hand spanking, then tell him to get up, then when it suits you and you’re done with him tell him to pull his pants and underwear back up and he must thank you for disciplining him and making him a better person and a more valuable employee. After a few private sessions such as that, he will know just how to follow the rules that you set. Try it Phyllis, I think things will be better for everyone around here if you follow my instructions, in the future if you have confidence in the females on your staff you might accord them the same privilege over the male staff.

Then the chimes rang which meant someone entered the Salon, Phyllis peeked out and said, it’s the bitch finally, she’s late as usual. Phyllis and I went out into the Salon, and Phyllis said, you’re late. Miss Painintheneck said I couldn’t help it, I was busy on the phone. I could see Phyllis was getting irritated, she quickly said, this is Michael, he will give you your pedicure today. She said, does he do a good job? Phyllis said, we’ll find out, won’t we?

Phyllis sat down to watch me give her the pedicure. When I took off the client’s shoes the smell was sickening, her feet smelled like rotten eggs, I thought I hope I can go through with this, then I saw Miss Marie looking out at me through the curtain. Now with tom, you may have to discipline him just to knock him down a peg or two and to show him that he must behave and obey at all times. The rest of the staff will not let him get away with anything. remember what offenses that you committed that caused you to be disciplined and you’ll know when to discipline tom.

When and if you become a fully fledged staff member, talk to the more experienced staff members and watch them closely and you’ll know when, how and with what implement to use when disciplining tom or david for that matter.

However, david is very seldom disciplined for a serious offense, but he is disciplined by the staff every so often. There is a bond between david and the staff, you’ll learn that for yourself also. david will do anything to help a staff member, even subject himself to discipline, and it will take you a little time to realize it, but when you do, you will thank him for it. I then told her that she may leave and continue with her chores.

When she left I called Miss Marie and told her that I would like to see her if she had time, she told me to come to her office. Then next week I would go back and take a grand tour of the facility and talk turkey with them and I wanted to know if either of you had any suggestions.

Miss Stephanie asked Miss Marie what she thought. Miss Marie said, I think it’s the right way to go but no deals should be made with the supplier without consulting us first. Miss Stephanie said I agree, I said, I also agree that any deals should be made and I added that I think they should be made in your presence and even then only after the both of you see their operation.

Miss Marie then asked me if I thought that I could wrap this up before a week from Wednesday, she added that she doesn’t mean that we should agree on a contract by then. She just wanted to know if just visiting the vendors, taking the ten cent tour of their facilities and getting to know them would be done by them.

I told her that I should have all of that done by Monday the latest if I started tomorrow, that would give me a full four days and if I needed more time it would only carry me through to Monday.

Joan told me that all of the suppliers are all within an hour’s ride from here and there are only three major ones and a couple of minor ones that we could do without if we had to. I told them that Joan told me that the minor companies were really service company that she only needed because there were only three of them at her company, not counting tom.

Miss Marie said that’s good, as that Wednesday is Susie’s 21st birthday and we want to have a surprise birthday party for her in the conference room.
